This experience was absolutely terrible. Brought my vehicle in for service and learned I had a cracked wheel. They said they would order it and it would be 3-5 business days, but they’d call me when it made it in the shop. On day 6 I called to check in and they had no records of any of my services or orders. The manager had me come back in to show what wheel needed to be ordered and it was the same man who had initially helped me the week prior. He said he’d call me when he gets the quote and we could get it ordered within the hour. 2 days later I called back to check in on it and they said they got the quote but didn’t order it (I already explicitly told them to order no matter what). They then said they would order it and get it expedited shipping so it would come in on Monday. That Tuesday I called and they said it would now be here Thursday and they would call me when it makes it in. Finally, Thursday just a couple hours before I needed to go to work, I called in and they said they’d had the tire for a while but never called, and that they would get me in as soon as I showed up so I could make it to work on time. Read moreAll of the employees I encountered at this location were nice, but the service and quality of tires were a nightmare to deal with. I decided to come here last year to get brand new tires for about $1000. It's ~30 minute drive from my house, but I trusted the brand and reviews so came here. Within the week, one tire was flat so I took it back- they couldn't find anything wrong with it and fixed it for free, so I figured it was a fluke. However, a month later a different tire had gone flat, and again they couldn't find an external puncture- I went in and they couldn't fix it, so they asked me to drive for three weeks on the spare until they got a new one to replace it with. I ended up being out of town for a few weeks during this so I was OK with it. When I got back, ANOTHER tire was flat (with no discernable cause, and hadn't been driven on since it was full)- since I only had one spare, I had to call a tow truck. Once there, they fixed the flat, but left the spare on despite earlier saying they'd replace it when I next came in. I stupidly didn't double check before I got home. So the next day, I had to take a few hours out of my day to again drive far out of my way to this location and get it replaced. No wonder this place is empty and the discount tire around the corner is full. Their attempt to scam me into buying 4 tires is ridiculous.
here is what they did...Employee comes out to look at my obviously damaged tire and says "I need to bring it in to the garage and inspect it". Now the hook...he has my tire..
Then he says "I need to check stock to see if we have a replacement."' Meanwhile i am waiting a long time in completely empty tire store (zero customers).
Then I decide to see what is happening and the guy is standing around with 2 other employees shooting the breeze in the garage (again this place Is completely empty...no cars...no customers). Then he says "we can't replace one tire...we have to replace all four". Then the 3 employees look at me with a blank stare...as they watch me carry my wheel /tire back to my car.
