Lash and Company Med Spa - Lakewood — Attraction in Lakewood

So I came across lashing company by googling in the search… i’ve never treated myself, but decided today was the day. The location itself is in a beautiful area in Belmar, which has a lot of great stores, so you can get your lashes done, and go shop at the great stores they have out there… make a day of it!!! 😃 I met the owner of the shop, Samantha, she’s incredibly kind and welcoming. My eyelash Professional is now Deanna. The one thing that stood out the most to me about Deanna is that I thought about a brow lamination however, she said that it wouldn’t work for what I have now and that she would wax my eyebrows to look amazing, And she did I am so excited to finally have the eyebrows that I always wanted, but not to have ripped my own eyebrows out by trying to wax them myself. I got the classic eyelash extensions and I thought they would bother me, but I don’t even feel them at all. They look like they’re mine. 😁 It was one of the greatest experiences even having to go out in the cold weather it was worth every penny, and was reasonable, but also worth the service that I got!! This was the worst experience ever. I read the reviews & thought it must be a good place to go. Walked in to techno music blaring & bright lights. No one wants blaring techno music with lashes. The girl was not friendly. I laid down on the bed & without saying anything poured soap in my eyes. My eyes & the skin around them were burning.. I had to ask her what she was doing & she was rude & said “I am washing your lashes. Haven’t you ever washed your lashes?” I asked her to put water on them as they were burning. Then I asked if the solution was natural & she rudely said “I don’t know”. I knew I needed to get out of there. I asked for a minute & looked at my eyes in the mirror.. red & skin red around them. She was rude. The atmosphere was terrible- blaring techno music. There are so many places that are calm, inviting & don’t squirt soap in your eyes...

Deanna has done my lashes 2 times so far and even though I kept changing my mind she was very polite and adjusted my lashes each visit so because I started out with classics and now I have the cat eyes and wasn’t sure in the beginning if I wanted volume but now I do with the cat eye look so I’ll be back to get more volume because I’m loving the lashes she has done for me ! They are new and I’m glad they are close to me and they are very pleasant and understanding if you are not sure what look you want like me and keep changing my mind Deanna is the gal to see because she listens and doesn’t make me feel like I’m taking up her time or feel rushed .
