Rosenberg Renovations, LLC — Attraction in Lakewood

We contracted Rosenberg Renovations to do a full renovation of our basement in February of 2025. This was the biggest home improvement project we have ever tackled and we were so pleased with how smoothly it went under the direction of Nicole and her project manager Francisco. Everyone on the team and everyone that Nicole recommended to us for tangential projects was communicative, timely and fairly priced. Fernando, Armando, Julian and Garret made my vision come to life and completely changed the dark, dingy basement into a light, bright oasis. Nicole, Francisco, Fernando, Julian and the rest of the crew did a great job fixing up the entire back wall of my house. What was supposed to be a simple siding project for an insurance hail damage claim, turned into a very large project due to my house not having proper structural support or insulation behind the siding. Even though this was an unexpected turn of events, they quickly resolved the issues and did a wonderful job constructing a new and safe back wall (support beams, siding, drywall, paint, insulation, door and window installations, etc.). They kept me informed every step of the way, and I am very impressed...

We have worked with Rosenberg twice now, summer of 2023 for a bathroom and kitchen reno, and then again more recently for a bathroom reno. After the first job, it was clear we had to hire them back. Edith is such a sweet person to be around and keeps open communication with us. Their bids are very reasonable and put in effort to keep as true to that bid as possible.
