For your safety - do NOT shop here if you want your car getting vandalized or damaged. On October 16th, 2020 I drove to the Target on Belmar after my 7:30 AM MST workout from OrangeTheory. Once I left the store and approached my car, I immediately noticed a long scratch that extended from the driver’s door to the back-passenger door (totaling 21” in length). Around 9:15 AM, I got a hold of a Target representative to ask her how I could obtain video surveillance footage of the incident. She informed me Security is unable to release any footage without a filed police report. I headed for the Lakewood police station, off Allison Parkway, at 9:28 AM. The officer working the front desk assisted me with filing a report. Once I completed filing the report, I called Target again at 10:10 AM, hoping to inform the same person about the process and inquiring about next steps. I spoke to a different female and quickly updated her on the situation at hand and asked if the security officer was available for me to speak to. She was utterly rude when I asked about the officer's arrival time stating, “I don’t know how many times I need to tell you; you cannot ask for that information, ma’am.” I told the representative that I work for the federal government; therefore, I know what is classified as PII (Personal Identifiable Information). That what I was inquiring about does not pertain to the security officer’s name, social security number, or birthdate. Her exact response was, “well then, you should know better if you’re a fed. Asking that information is not allowed and you’re being rude.” I asked to speak to a manager next, who gave me the same spiel on how they were unable to assist me any further. That all they are permitted to do is leave a message for the security officer with my name and number and have him call back. I gave my contact information, and never heard back from the Target security officer or anyone from their staff. On November 3rd, I received a call from my detective to inform me, “Mr. Erickson (the security officer) was unable to locate your car on the cameras. Did you park in a visible spot?” I told her I parked in a very visible area with cameras directly above my car (see the photos attached). But somehow the security officer stated the footage was recorded over or he couldn't spot my car and couldn't assist further. Detective Monn was courteous to forward me to e-mail correspondence between her and Mr. Erickson, where he stated “someone here at the store had spoken with the victim shortly after the victim noticed damage on the vehicle but we didn’t have camera coverage of the area that they parked in.” Again, I find that odd since you can see in the photos attached that I was parked directly underneath 1 camera and within walking distance from 3 others that had full visibility of my car. Even if the camera directly above was inoperable at the time, is Mr. Erickson stating none of the camera had coverage? Also, no one from Target called or followed up with me after I contacted numerous times asking for an update. The amount of cases against this Target location for theft, crime, and vandalism is absurd!

Target Management: I picked up my curbside order ending in 9105 yesterday and was given hummus that expired almost 3 weeks ago (see photos showing May 10 expiration date). I clicked on "Fix an issue" in the pickup confirmation email but the page would not load on the Target app (tried twice) which is why I'm leaving this review here. Food that expired weeks ago should not even be on the shelves, much less be selected for a curbside order. Additionally, the employee who brought the order out to my vehicle was rude. She did not greet me in any way, say hello or smile and just asked where to put the groceries (I had already notated where to place the groceries in my vehicle in the pickup section on the app). She loaded the groceries and did not say thank you, goodbye or anything...just closed my car door and walked off. Common courtesy goes a long way. Even though greeted her with a smile when she walked up and waved goodbye but she didn't show even minimum courtesy. Unfortunately the whole experience, from the employee interaction, to the weeks expired food given to me, was very negative and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Target Belmar. The store is easily accessible, with ample parking and well-lit aisles. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me in finding the items I was looking for. They were friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel valued as a customer. Target Belmar offers a wide variety of products at competitive prices. I was particularly impressed with their selection of home goods, electronics, and clothing. The store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making it a pleasure to shop there. I was also pleased with the self-checkout process. The machines were easy to use and quick, and the staff was on hand to assist if needed. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Target Belmar. The store is clean, well-stocked, and staffed with friendly and helpful employees. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Taking away three stars just for the experience I’ve had twice now with the cashier Jolyn. Absolutely appalling experiences, first time being her making rude comments about my tattoos previously to which I brushed off as ignorance and the second today when standing in line just zoned out waiting my turn accused me of trying to look at the mans pin in front of me and that I only let him go in front of me because I was trying to steal is pin. Which I was like excuse me? I’m just standing here waiting I let him go in front of me because I have more items and he has 1 I was being nice. The young man even tried stepping in saying she was being nice she’s just standing there sensing how uncomfortable I was. To which she was like or you were trying to watch his pin, that’s why she let you go in front of her. I’ve been shopping here 8 months now and have never had an issue. To embarrass a guest in front of others to say something like that with absolutely ZERO cause is completely unacceptable. When she was checking me out she was taunting me saying ohhh you’re mad at me now? I filed a complaint but I have never experienced something like this before and honestly I would rather drive to another target in the area then cross...

The doctor was great however the individuals working the front have terrible customer service. The day of my exam was such a great experience. Dr.Mansur answered all of my questions and was patient. Tiffany the manager was terrible. The next day I called in to speak about my prescription and she told me it was going to be 2 months and maybe less. I expressed how disappointed I was with the situation and she snapped at me in a unprofessional way. I work in health care so I can take reactions based of emotions but she was overboard. To make matters worse when I asked for her name she stated she " felt uncomfortable giving me that information". She gaslighted the situation to wash her hands of the disrespect. No I did not yell, raise my voice, have a bad tone, and I was mindful of my words. It is sickening to me that she did something like this. Awful service. I am confident she did this because she does not report to someone. Then she tried to turn it around after saying I was the issue by talking sweet and saying she was just trying to help, no apology. If I had talked to her the way she did to me she probably would of cried victim. DO NOT COME HERE FOR...
