I visited this store around 1:15 a.m. after a late-night trip to the ER for asthma complications. The store was quiet at that hour, but I quickly learned the pharmacy staff goes on lunch from 1:30 to 2:00 a.m. Despite the timing and having five prescriptions to fill, I was fortunate enough to be helped by a gentleman named Sang.
Sang was incredible. Not only did he assist me just minutes before his scheduled break, but he managed to fill all my prescriptions and have me out the door before he even clocked out for lunch. His dedication and willingness to help truly stood out.
In a time when exceptional customer service feels increasingly rare, Sang went above and beyond to show empathy, kindness, and professionalism. He’s one of those unsung heroes who deserves recognition for his outstanding service. Whether it’s a raise, bonus, or commendation, Sang has certainly earned it.
Thank you, Sang, for turning a stressful night into a much more positive experience. You made this sick guy’s day with your kindness and efficiency. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’ll try not to show up right before your...

He does not care about privacy because he consistently asks me why I am taking so much of the medication prescribed from my doctor. The pharmacist should just tell me possible side effects and send me on my way not give me the 5th degree in questioning. I always walk away feeling bad about taking medication that literally keeps me alive. Yes I know it’s strong but my doctor cleared it for my type of condition which is no business of the pharmacist. Some of the other pharmacists are pleasant but most of them including the head person have been very mean and nasty to me over the span of 5 years. This is very serious to the point of getting a lawyer involved. If you ever met me you would wonder why someone would treat me so horribly. I will never go back to Walgreens EVER! If you’re black or brown steer clear of this location they don’t like our kind...

I wouldn't make it outof line and back again. .Why were the cashier and customer ahead of me chatting for soooooo long? I wanted to cry. Finally my turn, and cashiers wants to chat some more. I don't want to. Ļots of questions. I finally get ti pay, ready to walk out, and cashier wants me to take my shopping cart over to where the rest are piled up together, while he texts, or messes with his phone. This was such a horrible experience. There was not 1 other customer in line, or anywhere else. I was obviously distraught. A little understanding and compassion would have meant so much.. I don't know. What do...
