This is my second Tempur-Pedic queen mattress. I had already visited another Mattress Firm store and found that the customer service was deplorable. So I made a second attempt to purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress at the Mattress Firm Lakewood store. When I first walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and upbeat spirit by a gentleman named Sonny It was all positive after that first moment. I received generous discounts, valuable information, and personal insights on how to use the Ergo Pro AI Adjustable Base. During our conversation, I found out that Sonny was temporarily at the Lakewood store for only one day, and had been temporarily moved from his original store that day to cover the Lakewood store. At that point I knew that it was very much positive fate that he was at that store at that moment when I came in for a second attempt to buy my favorite mattress. Let me start off saying I’m not the type of person to write a review unless the service/quality/product is either amazing or just that bad. I purchased a mattress today with (EDER) and every bit of my experience was awesome. He is very knowledgeable on all the mattresses from price, quality, comfort, and tailors it towards your personal needs. His customer service skills are awesome, great listener, and actually shows you what you’re looking for opposed to just trying to selling you anything, which is definitely a lost trade within chain companies. He has great character, and very relatable. I want to mention to specifically CORPORATE, this man DESERVES A RAISE! Towards the end of my purchase (LEO) was very helpful as well. Down to earth, informative, great conversation, awesome customer service. Also well deserving of a RAISE! I intend to have this mattress for awhile but if I ever need to purchase another mattress, these are the guys I want service from. Thank you...
