Luna Grill Lakewood — Restaurant in Lakewood

My adult daughter and I went to eat dinner this evening, and we ordered our food around 5:45 pm and sat down. Our food was brought to us, and they had made a mistake on my daughters order, so she went to tell the cashier, and her order was placed on the counter facing the kitchen and notified them of the mistake made on the order. My daughter came to sit down, assuming it would be corrected quickly. As we sat there, we noticed time had passed and that other customers' orders were being filled, and my daughter was still waiting for her dinner, so she went to ask why others were being served and she was still waiting a female manager came and told my daughter that " it takes time to make the food" my daughter informed her of the wait time and others being served while she was still waiting and thought her order would have been corrected quickly and first. The manager got defensive and said, "Do you want your money back?" My daughter told her no but that she would call the other manager the following day. No apology from this female manager. No customer service skills whatsoever. My daughter got her food at 6:20, and it seems they gave her the same bowl of food, and it was cold. This is very bad business and extremely poor customer service. Don't think we'll be going to this...

Super disappointed. First time we came here it was great. Today we stop to get dinner and decided our 3 year old wasn't going to e able to handle dining in so we got it to go. It took forever and not only was our order wrong, our food was sitting on the door dash/Togo pickup counter for 30 minutes and I only know this because I finally got up and asked about my order. They point at this bag that had been sitting there for nearly 30 minutes ( ticket was put in at 4:57 and I didn't get it until 5:28. The full size salad I was charged for was a small side salad with nothing on it and no dressing and the side of hummus I paid for was not present. I know they do many online orders and despite it being slow inside, they are busy with to go ordering but someone could have at least called out the name on the ticket when they put it on the shelf. Also we literally had to wait for nearly 10minutes just to place the order as no one was available to help us despite there being at least 5 people working. I never complain or write negative reviews unless it's really a ridiculous situation. I get it that everyone has off days and they are busy with online orders but this was just terrible customer service and wasted...

Luna Grill oftentimes sends various promos to Club Luna Rewards members. Free appetizer & $5 off being the most frequent. The Cerritos location is the one I usually frequent, but being in the Lakewood area, a quick bite was what was in store.

Fries- Luna Grill's fries were great! Having not had fries in a long while, I can fully appreciate a batch of perfectly crisp fries. The fries didn't turn soft, and not usually a ketchup guy, Luna Grill's ketchup bottles by the beverage station are organic Folds of Honor Red Gold ketchup, made with sugar & not high fructose corn syrup. FYI, the ketchup packets served with the fries are standard high fructose corn syrup ketchup.

Service was good. Wait was minimal. Parking is via a private lot. Luna Grill is across from Red Lobster & north of The Lakewood Centre.
