I'm very disappointed in this place. They didn't have a good variety. Also, the shop itself is tiny and in a very hidden location. The cashier seemed untrained when I asked if they sold any drinks and was only offered water only to notice the sign behind me showed they also sold drinks. We ordered cupcakes, cookies, and macaroons. They all tasted store-bought or box-made, very discouraging considering the prices on them. I would have expected them to taste more "home-made". I'm definitely not recommending this place and more than likely not going to be a returning customer since they seem to be more interested in displaying items I assume are for sale and...

The name of this bakery says it all. Family-owned, run and made from the Heart. My entire family uses Sugar From The Heart for most of our birthday parties and family gatherings, and let me tell you, we are so incredibly pleased every single time! I absolutely love this place! The cupcakes are so moist and I love their buttercream. I’ve been here several times these past two months since finding out about this bakeshop from a friend.

Staff: They are so responsive, by phone and email. I’ve ordered two cakes and have purchased cupcakes a few times. The owner is so kind and welcoming. Her son is always so sweet and has helped me carry cakes/cupcakes to my car.

Cakes/cupcakes: So moist! And flavorful! Seriously the best bakeshop I’ve been too in such a long time.
