Just went to this target to get vacation clothes and went to the fitting room to try on, it was unattended. Waited a few mins for one of the 2/10 fitting rooms that were available an hour before closing. A woman came out of the room behind the line they put up and moved the line to the side. I asked if they were still opened and she said “yes they’re opened” and left. So I went into the same room she was in since (she was wearing red I figured she worked there) then as I am changing a woman comes very rude practically banging on the door telling me to get out, I was unsure if hat was going on.. I gathered my items and exited the room. I am met with a very rude, young girl with her hair in a clip and a mask on belittling me saying not to move the line extremely unprofessional, condescending and RUDE. Assuming I had moved it and not the woman prior to me, repeating “yea I had that up for a reason so yea next time don’t move that alright? Yea there was a reason ok I only have 2 available” I felt so unwelcome and instead of purchasing the at least $200 in my cart of items was too uncomfortable to even try them on anymore so I reluctantly decided I was not going to be able to comfortably try on my clothes as she continued to speak horribly of me to a coworker who showed up after her rude outburst at me. She knew I was still there attempting to try on the clothes I picked and yet this disgusting little girl kept talking as of this is the behavior TARGET condones of its employees. Read moreI used to love this target, but recently when we visited it felt like a lack of customer service. We asked 2 employees that were just standing and talking at the pharmacy to check for an item (baby vitamins) it was not in the shelf and they refused to help or call someone to help us because they said "they only work for CVS"...then across the other side we asked an actual employee from target, he seem like he didn't wanted to help us, when we asked him for help he was leaning on the cart using his personal cellphone and it seem that it bothered him that we interrupted him from using his phone, then he put it away to get his device out to look for the item we were looking for. We mentioned him about the guys that refused customer service and he said that "they were not obligated to help us" neither he was willing to help or walk to the item were be had trouble looking for on his device. When we passed him again he turned around and was hiding on the aisles like if he was avoiding us to come to him and I literally had to chase him to ask for his name "Victor" gave us a really bad experience besides the guys at the pharmacy, I understand that maybe that was not their job to look for the item but at other places they even "try" to find someone to help or even suggest were to go. Read moreIt always feels like something will go wrong at this Target, but today was the last straw. I headed inside, and picked up what I was there for, then swung by the meat section to see if there were any good deals on. There was one for ground beef, regular price about $8, on sale for $3.65! Thought "hooray" to myself, and grabbed the 4 packs left and headed to checkout. I'd like to point out that as mentioned in other reviews, there was a lot of empty spaces on the shelves, so when I saw the sale price and there was still stock left, I legit thought it was my lucky day.
Anyways, I get to checkout and the cashier starts ringing up my items. The ground beef rings up at the regular price, so I point out it's supposed to be on sale. She goes to check with her manager, who heads over to the section to double check. He comes back and says...."Nope. It's for the 85% lean ground beef. You have the 90% lean. We can honor the sale price for 1." Well.....you can probably see where this is going now. I tell him it's not my problem the items were in the wrong spot, and that he should simply honor the price. He says no, again. It's for a different item. Oh! Keep in mind, it's from the same company. And he STILL won't honor the price.
So yep. Very unimpressed. Been here a handful of times, and won't be back. Too many issues happen at...
