Omg where do I start! First off the sales manager is very rude. She lies a lot and has a bad attitude. She lied like they had been calling me for a month but did not call me at all! I ordered my items a month prior to them being delivered. Letâs talk about the store manager who was good at returning phone calls but not good at keeping his word with replacing my bed. The bed I ordered was a cream color but yet the head boards were dirty and had deep marks in it along with it looking as if it had been written on with a blue ink pen. The mattress does not fit the bed. The are too small for the bed so I have to keep pushing the mattress up to the headboard. I took pictures of all of this and sent them to them. Almost five months later and I am still stuck with this bed after they told me they would replace it. Please save yourself the stress, time and money and go to another furniture store or rent a center if youâre looking to make payments on your appliances or furniture. Iâve purchased too many items from Aaronâs to be treated so poorly as a customer. This store has gone down tremendously over the years as management has shifted. The customers is what helps the store stay in business. If you want your business to thrive then please treat your customers better. Successful businesses donât become successful with poor customer service skills and poor quality merchandise.    Read moreI was late on a bill because I had to go to a funeral out of state. I arranged a payment plan and they did not honor the payment plan. They even showed up to my house causing a scene and asking for money. I was late to a doctors appointment which was located over an hour away in a different city due to their unprofessionalism. I told them that I was on my way to a doctors appointment and they ignored me and kept asking for money. The guy that came out to my home then called the manager and took up more time. The payment plan was for me to pay the next day and they arrived to my home one day prior to my scheduled payment date.
I literally had to say, have a nice day and walk away to end the conversation. They would not leave my home! The next day, which was when my payment was scheduled, I made the payment online. I paid the full amount that my account said that I needed to pay. I then called in later to have an item returned because I did not need it anymore and then this is when they told me that I am still behind and they are going to have to take all of my items.
I asked if they received my last payment, they said yes but it was not the full amount that due so they will have to take all of the items. I told them I paid the full amount that my account said was due. They said sometimes the website does not show the accurate amount due. I said I should not be faulted for that.    Read moreOne of my tenants who have lived in 1 of my units bug free rented a couch from the Aaron's store in Lancaster, CA. A few days after the delivery she reported a bed bug on the couch. Aaron sent a sales person out who stated it was not a bed bug but a desert bug and took the bug. Since then I thought she had sent the couch back. Since then a unit that has never had bugs has bed bugs.
I called and spoke with a Manager name Freddie who was no help. He stated he couldn't get the couch for 5 days, he stated in th 2 years at that location there has been no reported bug issues
I am putting Aaron's on notice I will be filing a BBB COMPLAINT, Attorney General COMPLAINT and I will be contacting attorneys to sue Aaron's if this is not resolved. I have found 2 bbb complaints filed this year regarding bedbugs in the Lancaster Store and im sure i can start a class action suit. Mr Freddie non caring attitude...
