Get Fresh Cafe — Restaurant in Lancaster

Second time here and so delish, again. We walked in at 6, not realizing they closed at 6:30, but they served us graciously and quickly. They treated our kids kindly but not patronizing. We had just finished a movie and everyone was all greased out from the popcorn and this was exactly the nourishing, cleansing meal we needed. The butternut squash soup was totally different from the creamy kind I am used to, but the flavor was incredible - a little spicy - and filling. The chicken and taco salads were generous portions and the cilantro dressing was delicious. It was a bit disappointing not trying the butternut squash soup, or the sandwich (forgot the name but it had pesto and I love that stuff) and the beyond beef burger they have on the menu. I say that because they ran out of ingredients to make it. I totally get it, it’s vegan, it’s expensive! Hey, I’m just glad there is a restaurant that serves vegan food. Their food wasn’t just good it beats veggie grill flavors. I’m definitely going to be a regular! I've been to Get Fresh Cafe thrice. I can't seem to fall in love with it as much as I want to with all the vegan options. The food is good, but it is a small portion for the amount you pay. I try to keep in mind everything is made fresh & healthy. Nothing I've tried has me wanting to go back. I'm still going to support them because they do offer vegan options.
