I recently visited Dollar Tree and had a very frustrating experience that I felt compelled to share. While I appreciate the value and variety of products they offer, the lack of staffing during my visit was quite disappointing.
There was only one employee at the checkout, and the line was incredibly long, with about 28 customers waiting to check out. It was clear that this was a result of poor staffing decisions. I understand that businesses aim to cut costs, but when customer service suffers, it can lead to a negative shopping experience.
The single cashier was doing their best to handle the overwhelming number of customers, but it was simply not enough. Many of us had to wait a long time, which is frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to grab a few items.

By now I'm getting a little annoyed by his presence and demeanor that I had to just walk away from him and head to the register. I may go back there and take a picture of the employee and post it just so the public and corporate office know exactly who I'm...

Then the kids laughed and responded to him saying "No you won't go to jail for it, your mom will." As their mothers overheard them they were laughing so I had to tell them loud and clear "You don't steal because it's sin against God and he is watching over us." Everyone had suddenly got silent in the store...
