OB was amazing!
I recently had the pleasure of working with OB from AT&T, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. I was switching over from T-Mobile and needed to upgrade all six phones on our family plan. OB went above and beyond to help me out, even after I accidentally messed up following his instructions multiple times.
He was incredibly clear and fully transparent about what my monthly bill payment would look like, which I greatly appreciated. OB followed up with me every time I needed assistance with the phone plan to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the deal I received, the service quality, and the multiple phones I purchased.
At one point, I accidentally submitted the incorrect documents, which led to my monthly payment suddenly skyrocketing. After contacting OB about the issue, he pointed me in the right direction on who to contact to explain the mistake and to possibly work something out. Thanks to his guidance, I was able to resolve the issue quickly.

Read moreI had a great experience at this AT&T location thanks to the store manager Alexi. I came in with both my phone and my mom’s phone after they had been submerged in water. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me and got started helping right away.
He was incredibly attentive and explained everything clearly. He let me know that both lines were eligible for upgrades and that we could replace the phones the same day, which was such a relief. He walked me through the upgrade process and made sure everything was set up properly.
What stood out was his patience. Because both phones had water damage, they kept cutting off and turning back on, which made the data transfer process very difficult and time consuming. But he never lost patience he just kept working with me until we were able to get everything successfully transferred over.
He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patient the entire time. If you need help with your devices or anything related to your account, I highly recommend visiting this location. You’ll be well taken care of....
