Mia NEED TO BE FIRED. In fact I'm going to continue writing reviews until she is FIRED. She very unprofessional, very RUDE and not customer friendly. I brought a phone from 6515 Annapolis Rd Hyattsville, MD (DON'T GO TO THAT STORE) about 2 weeks ago. The first time I charge it up it got so hot I unplugged it. Also the phone freezes up and they DON"T give receipts. Mia told me the reason why the phone freezes up is because it cold outside. That about the DUMBEST thing I ever heard. I told her its not cold in my house. But MIA insists that's the reason why my phone will freeze up. I told her I wanted a replacement phone because it's no way a new phone should be having this type of issues. Mia told me I can bring it back but if she don't think I need a new phone I would either have to buy a new one or keep the phone I have. I told her I paid for this phone and if I'm not please with this phone, I want a replacement phone. Again she said she will let me know if she will give me a replacement phone or not. I told her I will be there to get a replacement phone and that's it that's all. MIA need to be fire with her rude butt. FIRE MIA DON'T GO TO THAT STORE. Be very careful at this location. The representatives CLAIM their store can't print receipts, but this is not true! Corporate and customer service dispute this claim. They don't give receipts so that there is no record of you making a purchase!!! This is how they STEAL your money and tag on additional costs. I paid nearly $500 for a $400 phone. It's so sad and disgusting!! You will have problems resolving customer service issues if you should need assistance bc there is no record of your purchase. I reported them, but the problem still exists! So shameful they steal from everyday hard working people just like them.
