I have anxiety and extra appreciate the amazing drivers who deliver to my house and answer my questions, but when I go in store they are not as helpful, messed up an order, and now won't replace damaged stizzy cartridges that they know were damaged. Thankfully there are many places I can actually get help instore and not waste money...but I will miss the delivery drivers!! Thank you to all the delivery drivers for making me feel valued as a customer and safe with you delivering when you delivered at my house!!
Edited to add: I called their number that night (before their response) and tried to reach out...followed the instructions to talk to customer care...waited on hold twenty minutes, called back and chose the option for a call back, never got called back. Ended up calling and followed prompts to talk to someone in delivery, I have had issues with the system before but never delivery so I thought it was worth a shot. Sure enough someone answered but from corporate. She informed me there wasn't any management available for anyone on a Friday night at around 7 p.m. until the next morning. She was amazing and listened to me even though there wasn't anything she could do, and most likely doesn't get paid enough to listen to me vent nicely about something she has nothing to do with policy wise. At the end of the day, you aren't going to miss my orders every week, but I would feel bad leaving without giving props to the real ones that work at your Lansing location! The drivers come out on time, are respectful, and actually answer the questions I ask about product. I might be ignorant, but I would think the bud-tenders in store would answer better than the delivery drivers (No offense to delivery drivers, but isn't it their job as a bud-tender?) I am so sad to lose the comfort I once had using your business. Again, at the end of the day, you are a corporation and will move on, and won't be affected by losing my business, but I would feel bad not giving props to the people who deliver for you and kept me coming back. In fact, I have previously stopped by after a long Monday, a stressful Saturday, or frustrating commute home from work and I left each visit better than I went in. The staff is phenomenal across the board. The receptionist is always perfectly lovely, no matter which one is on duty; that role is vital, it is harder than it looks, and it is executed with precision every single time. The security guard is also key to the organization. While I sit and rack my brain for a stand out impression of any of the security officers, I need only look at the broader picture. They are professional, courteous, often having a lighthearted conversation with the receptionist, and ever present in the environment as a whole. They donât need to be loud, to be present and vigilant. I have always felt as though things were under control⌠even during the holidays and the parking lot is sort of a âstanding room onlyâ situation. Last, but absolutely not least, the budtenders. I would be lost without them, quite honestly. For me to walk in and try to verbalize what I want today? It would be easier to repeat high school. Yet, somehow, these beautiful people can hear me say, âsevere stress, high tolerance, canât sleepâ and đŞ they know exactly what can help, in just about every price range. Jordan assisted me on my most recent visit and he was a delight. Great conversation, he listened to what I had to say, and then offered education and guidance. Itâs a bit too far into this to say, âlong story shortâ. Suffice it to say that this location is amazing. Well worth the wait, and more than worth the tips they receive.
