Has almost everything for construction. Good prices. Service is horrible for Pro Customers. I bought my materials days before and took almost an hour to get my materials loaded even though the store was not packed. To get a pickup confirmation I had to make a line at customer service which has nothing to do with Pro Customers. Then waited long for the forklift operators to get my order. They only loaded 1 customer before me, and I still waited about half an hour after that. I saw two employees with my materials on a forklift sitting chatting and approached them to ask if that was my material. I immediately told them my order was missing things. When finally getting loaded, I noticed the quantity was wrong and told them again. The forklift operator was rude and aggressive. Maybe this guy was learning because he punctured some of my material with the forklift. We told the forklift operator to put the material towards the center of the trailer and he ignored us several times. We had to move the materials by hand towards the center of the trailer, and when we started doing so he yells and says he was going to get a stronger forklift to move it. He was told to do so several times and he did not comment anything, he simply ignored us. Then at the end he yells at us again when we asked him why he didn't move the material to the right place after being told so many times. I usually buy at smaller specialized stores for my materials, but I made the mistake of buying at Home Depot again. Next time I will try Lowe's because it's irritating to deal with incompetent and lazy employees, and...
Read moreWorse experience ever! After waiting for someone to help me purchase a dryer at the appliances department for over 45 min because they were short handed. I still came home without a much needed dryer. To top it off i was at customer service desk for another 2 hrs. I had applied on a previous visit for their Credit Card which i had been approved and made a purchase and use my credit successfully and paid it off so my line off credit was active. I was planning to you my card to make the purchase but to my surprise i wasn't able to and i wasn't told why. According to them my credit was good and open but when they scan the card the system would deny my purchase. After speaking with manager and customer service they couldn't explain to what was going on. Closing time came and I was told for me to go by another day and for me to contact the credit card company customer service before going to the store to finalize the purchase. All that time wasted for them to just ditch me like that. I have contact customer service and still no answer as to why the system is denying me to make the purchase if i have the credit. They have yet to reach out to me with an explanation. Honestly I think i am going to go elsewhere to make the purchase. They seemed annoyed and frustrated at me after all of this was a mistake on their...
Read morePrepare yourself for an absolute lack of assistance or customer service. The staff seems utterly clueless about everything, especially their own inventory. When you ask a simple question like "where are the screws and nails?" you're met with the most infuriatingly vague answers: "It might be in aisles 1, 2, or 3..." Guess what? None of those aisles have what you need. Instead, it's hidden away in the back of aisle 9.
If you dare to call, brace yourself for a maddening experience of waiting over 30 minutes, repeatedly calling, hoping someone answers, only to be hung up on. When you finally get through, the representative sounds so annoyed and frustrated, it feels like you're the inconvenience. I understand that working in a constantly packed store must be difficult, but don't take it out on me. I will match your energy and make you feel even worse. Not every customer is a Karen, and not every customer is out to bother you. Sometimes, we just need a simple question answered and basic greeting, acknowledgment, and clear response would go a long wat, is that too much to ask!?!?! Again I'm sorry about the crap day you're having but it's not my fault! Also YouTube and Google offer free tips about customer service, I highly encourage your entire team including management to take some courses and read a few...
