I mistakingly thought the store closed during the pandemic. Luckily I was wrong. Went this evening to look for an inexpensive classical guitar and guitar strings for my grandson's guitar. Spent 20-30 minutes looking at guitars. Looked at EVERY guitar and even walked around the entire store twice. The 4 employees at the entrance were engaged in conversation and joking around. The other two, in the back of the store, didn't seem too interested in me either. After trying to find a suitable guitar I gave up and decided to buy the guitar strings and go home. Went to the counter but the two employees were engaged with their cell phones. They did not notice me. Put the guitar strings back and left. Went to Walmart next door to look for a guitar. No luck there either. I guess there is Amazon. That is unfortunate because I like the idea of supporting local businesses.
Visited last week. Ignored for over 30 minutes. Went back tonight. Looking for guitar picks. Took me 2 minutes to find what I needed. Waited about 10 minutes to pay. Some guy was ahead of me. Not sure how long he waited. Guy at the register on a call. Other employees walked by but offered no help. The guy ahead of me left and then I left. Two times in a row. I won't be going back. Read moreI needed to rent a mic and ended up actually feeling confident in purchasing the Shure Beta 58. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and Marco Antonio was extremely patient and helped me with amazing service!
He went above and beyond to understand my questions and explain them in an easy way for me to understand. He gave me different options and was never pushy with sales at all, he would recommend items but never made me feel uncomfortable and pressured to buy anything.
He also took the time to explain how I would set up speakers to my new mic 🎤 at home.
The store was well stocked, clean, and organized and overall had a nice vibe.
I will definitely come back when I’m ready for my next musical gadget investment.

Read moreThis store has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s only one person who actually provides good service, but unfortunately, he works in the back. In the guitar section, there are two employees who are always chatting with each other (I’ve been there twice this week, and it was the same both times).
My son wanted a pedal for his guitar, and we asked for assistance three separate times, but no one ever helped us. Eventually, one of them walked by and told us that not all the pedals were in stock and that we’d have to wait while he went to the warehouse. He never came back.
