Ojos Locos Sports Cantina (Laredo, TX) — Restaurant in Laredo

First & last time going to Ojos Locos in Laredo. I’ve always heard the beer is ice cold. That’s about all that was good about this place.

To be seated was fast under a minute, but after that we had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get our drinks and food order. The waitress was in a bad mood, and kept rolling her eyes while we ordered. Once we placed the order we had to wait another 20 minutes to get the tower which another waitress had to bring because ours kept disappearing. The mugs were room temp, so the beer wasn’t staying cold for long. Once our drinks arrived the food came about 5-10 minutes later. The food was decent, but to be honest we didn’t go for the food. Half way through our meal the waitress reappeared to see if we needed anything, but half way through the question turned her back to us and walked away. After we finished our meals we kept looking for the waitress who had disappeared yet again. 20-30 minutes after this, we finally had to ask another waitress if she could bring us the check since our waitress hadn’t returned. To make it worse she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but after describing her to the new waitress we found out her work name is LOMY. After this she came running from what seemed to be the kitchen area. 4/20/24 never will spend another dollar at ojos! It was fight night and I understand that it was a full house however they sat me in the corner where they put the tall boys and mugs fridge, while people behind me got seated at tables and bar. Regardless I still ordered and once I finished my meal I moved to the bar to sit with a friend I met. For some reason bartenders were giving us such a hard time getting drinks and had an attitude which was the lady in the white blouse, red hair , and the other girl with glasses I didn’t catch their names. To the point that one of the bartenders was telling off my friend that she supposedly ordered drinks she never got when I even told the bartenders that was my tab and I would pay For it no problem. I know it was a stressful day but it isn’t a reason for one to give attitude to customers! If one doesn’t wanna work they should stay at home! 1st Time Here. I'm a Big Time Boxing Fan and since my Dad wanted to go see Gevonte Davis PPV fight, so I went to Laredo this past weekend to take my Parents to their first PPV EVENT. Been to many PPV EVENTS, AT CASINOS, HOTELS, SPORTS BARS etc. BUT this Ojos Locos in Laedo Tx is very Different👍 Loved, that they have Police inside and outside of this Venue👮‍♂️ Its a big Venue, its beautiful inside, all TV's are Brand freaking New even the TV's on the Booths. The food is DELICIOUS and Reasonable. The Girls are Beautiful 😍
