Its alright to be honest, the pricing for most games will finish you game cards credits fast with how much they cost, the games are fun but all cost around 7.5-25 credits, the party I was apart of the party catier was hardly on his game, he would forget some of the kids drinks or would take a while to get them the condiments like the ranch, even for the adults it would take him a while to get them anything they asked him for, he wouldn't do much to interact and see if anyone needed anything or refills on there drinks, the food prices are wildely overpriced for how quick the food seems to come out, the events if you got the party package are pre determined and unchangable and set in a specific order that your not able to swap around, another thing is the game cards credits are not much for the price they're at, but kids have fun there so that's all that matters, but adults paying will be hurting at the total costs they incur for a small 10 kid party with no adults included, tables seat a total of 12 people, the bowling lanes are big enough for kids to have fun and take turns without being crowded, they provide them with bowling shoes and balls and a place for them and adult to sit, a menu for adults to order drinks and alcohol if they want and snacks or food, the Laser tag the kids seemed to have fun playing, mini golf they weren't very interested in it much from what I saw, the arcade games they enjoyed a lot, the VR games they had a lot of fun playing even though they don't know how they had fun playing it without any complaints or problems, the arcade staff was super nice and helpful whenever they where needed to fix a game or grab a ball that got stuck in a game and cleared it and give em those credits back from the last swipe they did at that game if they had to come and clear it or repair it if needed, from what I saw only 3 games where down but they where games that didn't seem to get much attention, but every other game was working fully without problems or...
Read moreUpdate: Filled out the form as per their reply. No contact was ever made. Oh, well.
I booked a party here and of course, they were super willing to accommodate. The email communication initially was full of prompt replies. One of the emails stated that they would reach out 3 days before the party for a final head count. It stated that you could not adjust (particularly lessen) the number of kids after this. No call or email was received. I called the day prior to confirm and give the final head count (less than what I had initially agreed to) and was told I could not do so because “it was passed the 3 days notice”. I told the young lady that I was never contacted. She stated that an email was sent and it was “opened”. I checked my email, junk mail, spam…no email was ever received. When I asked for proof of this “opened email” she became defensive , dismissive, cut me off, left me on hold forever and ultimately told me “they could not send it to me because it had other private information”. Again, I questioned the email sent and she then proceeded to cut me off and left me on hold forever. I waited. She then stated that she could send me the email with the “screen shot of the opened status”…at this point, I figured they had altered some sort of email to prove their point and deny me the opportunity to change the number of kids I was to pay for. I let her know my suspicion but ultimately said “that’s fine, I don’t want any problems tomorrow at the party.” She was sarcastic and rude. I did ask for the copy of the “received and opened” email and I’m still waiting for it. Funny that to book and pay the deposit I have all the emails but no emails after. Seems that their party booking tactics are very much “hook, line and sinker”. Very disappointed. (I will say, though, party host Bryan...
Read moreMy coworkers and I decided to go to the main event, after a hard day at work to enjoy some cocktails in a nice environment where I thought we would be catered to. What a mistake and failure of main event! My coworkers got there at 10:30 and we must have arrived at 10:45. Excited to share good times and laughs, my wife and I were greeted with hostility from the bartender. The bartender, decades younger than both my wife and I,whom took it upon herself to make us feel like second rate citizens by wanting to see 2 forms of identification because my drivers license was expiring at the end of the month. After being thoroughly processed I got 1 beer for my wife. I wanted to buy a drink for myself and the youthful bartender didn't allow me to get a drink. I told the child to bring the manager and oh boy from bad to worse! The so called Manger tells me that I had to give her my wife's beer back because she had to buy it. The the no smiles manger then embarrassed my wife for not having her ID. After the fiasco of degrading treatment from mainevents manger and your bartender we left to apple bees and got the service we were looking for. You lost 12 customers in 20...
