Red Lobster — Restaurant in Laredo

We went yesterday to the restaurant. Me and my boyfriend decided to sit at the bar, as we walked in we were greeted by a gentleman who was polite and we went ahead and went to the bar where we sat as we sat down a lady who’s name is Ivonne asked what we wanted to drink, as I told her I wanted a water she rolled her eyes and walked away, she then came back and asked my boyfriend what he wanted to drink and he asked for a mug of beer which she started laughing at us and then we looked at each other confused and she said we only have glasses, he then said just give me a beer and a cold glass with ice, I asked for a margarita and she clearly did not know how to make one because she took out the binder with the recipes which is fine, but she didn’t event got it right. Every time she would approach us she had this rude face and would roll her eyes like if she was mad or something, she ended up leaving for a while and another lady helped us which she was great. Then she returned and every time we would ask for something it felt like if we were asking her for a favor, we Love Red lobster and we are regular customers and we have never had this kind of treatment by any other employee there. With her attitude may be she needs to evaluate if she likes her job because clearly she was upset...

The 2nd time I go to Red Lobster and still No improvement! The hostess at the front tells me "It's gonna be about a 10 min wait for a table." I clearly see at least 8 to 10 tables EMPTY. The hostess then says she has to look for a waiter is the reason why. I then ask for a supervisor in which a waiter comes and says he will seat me. Ricky I have to say was ok as a server however, I'd rate a 6 from 10. First thing I noticed was the clogged up toilet in the ladies room. I informed Ricky of this and what was done was a sigh on the door reading (Out of order). The utensils given to me were very dirty/caked. Yuck!. One table of 6 people were next to my table and took off due to NOONE attending them. Even to get the drinks to a table took about 10 mins or longer. Is Red Lobster short staffed?! I'm posting pics of HOW MANY EMPTY tables are available yet people are still having to wait 10 mins or more to be seated??!. I would not recommend Red Lobstet at all. I get faster/better service at a food/hot dog spot. Please see pics for nasty fork and restrooms. You can tell those restrooms are not cleaned up...

This place keeps getting worse! Took waiter 20 min to bring biscuits and drinks. Placed order and another 30 min for food and mind u restaurant completely empty literally! Then place order for reorder of shrimp and another 20 min wait by then ask for another order since now it’s 3 shrimps for reorder and after eating 3 shrimps in 1 min here goes the 20 min wait again so I ask for it to be pack to go and told sorry u can’t take them! Well it’s cool I waited the 15/20 min ate the 3 shrimp and left gladly with a savings of $40 dollar tip for entire party no one left tip! Lousy service lousy environment cold as hell! Very uncomfortable cold while sitting to eat then top it off with lousy waiter arguing of u can’t take 3 shrimp because if u take them then everyone going to take them! Well I’ll hope everyone keeps their tip and let’s see how that pans out for u!!! Maybe serve drinks, biscuits, food in timely matter and make sure the reorders on shrimp keep coming and not 20 min intervals! Customer asks to pack them then pack them up politely to insure your 20 percent tip!...
