Boot Barn — Attraction in Las Cruces

I wanted to say thank you. I recently wrote in with a complaint about a recent event that occurred regarding a purchase I made and a mess up that your store in Las Cruces, NM made, stretching my girlfriend’s brand new boots in the wrong direction and making them unwearable. After writing my review, I was contacted by the store manager, Evonne (?). She was very apologetic and helpful in resolving the problem, so thank you very much to Evonne. I also wanted to say thank you to Cheyanne (?). She was in the store when I came in with the old boots to conduct the exchange and she was already informed and fully up to date on what was going on. Been to Boot Barn twice in the past month. First time I walked in looking for jeans with several associates standing around not once was I greeted or asked if I need help. When I walked over to the boot section and after 10 min of struggling to find a size an associate walked over helped. Second time walking into Boot Barn thinking I might have a better experience.... WRONG! I walked in walking towards the counter making eye contact with the associate not once was I greeted, but felt disrespected when two other customers walked in behind me and they were greeted and assisted by the same associate. I have been looking for a good pair of boots but definitely Boot Barn will not be getting my money, and to Boot Barn just note good customer service...

I normally don’t write reviews no matter how bad the service but the experience we had yesterday deserves my time to write this. The manager that this store has needs to find a job that better fits HER personality. She is rude and condescending to not only her employees but to customers. So many employees just walking around on their cell phones and have no answers to any of our questions. I asked a simple question about the $40 off boots for the Black Friday sale and was told it only applied to certain boots such as hiking boots. That answer was wrong and when I challenged the manager pretty much told us to take it or leave it. The ad is deceiving and the manager is beyond rude. 1 star rating...
