Lavarock Smoke Shop — Attraction in Las Cruces

This store has the best selection of vapes at the best prices in Cruces…. However the service is very hit or miss. I almost stopped going to this store earlier last year because the cashiers were incredibly rude. What I mean by rude is that they ignored you upon entry. Never smiled once. Became agitated when i asked about sale signage, flavors, or recommendations, and overall acted like customers were a total inconvenience…

They made a couple great hires over the summer who were super helpful, but yesterday’s cashier was back to the unfriendly, unhelpful, almost degrading attitude again.

Be aware THEY DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS if your purchases are defective. So having them check vapes and lighters, torches, etc. at the register is very important! Your receipt is irrelevant.

Yesterday’s experience: said hello upon entry. Frowned at me. I started to choose my vape flavors, and asked about discount signage. The cashier said it only applied to certain vapes, but when I asked further because I wanted to take advantage of discounts, she rushed me to “just pick what you want, already.” It seemed she was rushing me so she could get back to her phone call.

In the future, if I see this cashier, I’ll go somewhere else or return on a day when the good cashiers are running the store. As it was, i planned on a much bigger purchase, including pipes and smoking supplies. I decided to purchase those elsewhere, and will take my business elsewhere for the foreseeable future if the cashier doesn’t care about...

Do not go here. I had a defective vape and tried returning it the same day and they said they couldn’t help me. They offered 20% off which is ridiculous when it was their fault. Go to Best Price Smoke Shop and Vape their products are way cheaper, got the same vape there for $15 and theirs was $25. Not worth it at all considering it’s hit and miss with staff and pricing is so much more. Staff at Best Price Vape is way more friendly and does exchanges. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Was not paid to make this review lol. Literally went in bought a defective vape asked for an exchange. Was told they would give 20% off of a new one but would not exchange the defective one and staff wasn’t very friendly about it either. Just...

Be wary of this store. I would honestly leave a 0 star if possible. My girlfriend bought a $30 torch here, watched the person check it and say it was fine for us to go home and it was broken. Called this morning and they told us we could come in with proof of purchase to either exchange it or get a discount on something else yet when we went in they "don't do exchanges" and we ended up having to buy another torch at a discounted price because THEY couldn't properly do their jobs the first time. We're not going back after this. This store also gives a 20% discount if you leave a good review which makes me wonder how many reviews that are left are real or people just trying to...
