Enchanted Forest Reiki Center — Attraction in Las Vegas

I’ve been going to enchanted forests since it’s first location on rainbow and Washington, and I hadn’t left a review because this entire time I didn’t know how I felt about the place as a whole. For it being a center the conscious community can go to and get tools for healing, even a place to receive healing, im saddened that I have to leave this type of review. I loved this place for all it had to offer. Always a good experience. Until I started working with Joel, whom I was compelled to continuously work with, even pushing through the unwelcoming vibes. Who leaves a reiki session feeling worse than they did when they came in? I showed up happy with high energy, and $211.11 later I’m leaving completely distraught… Being completely dismissed of my experience with Joel’s psychic reiki, as if I lied, for him to empty me of the good and positive energy to fill me with disbelief and shame. As if he knew me better than I know myself. Wow, it was by far the most narcissistic experience I’ve ever had. I am super disappointed. The real reality check was that I’ve been getting robbed and abused. If I’ve learned anything, it’s that there’s no better healer than self. No one, no mattered how mastered they are of themselves, can master you. I can’t promise I’ll be returning, but I most certainly won’t be attending Joel’s classes or reiki to marinate energetically on his projections. To even have a psychic who relies heavily on what you tell them, to read you, is fraud. No one deserves to show up to a place of healing in high spirits and leave in low. This month marks my 2nd visit to the "Forest". I was so excited to finally add more pieces to my collection and was instantly turned off by the cashier, who seemed to be "disturbed" with my presence. Considering the associate on my 1st visit was very courteous and patient with me as I asked questions, I attempted to shake it off as maybe she was just tired and not feeling friendly that day. Today, my 3rd visit, I needed to return, due to the wiring unraveling on my pendant. Again not so pleasant.😔 ZERO WARM & FUZZY FEELINGS💔 I explained my situation and was advised that the associate that does the wiring was out due to a family funeral. Understanding, I accepted the offer to exchange for a new piece. After carefully selecting the new piece, I approached the counter, planning to purchase additional items, and was told no exchange! I could either pay $18 for the repair ( 2x as much a the original purchase) or outright, to buy anoanother piece. 😵😶😢😢 SO disappointed to be treated this way in a place that supposed to promote LOVE & SERVICE to like-minded individuals. YOU DO NOT TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WAY, POINTING TO POLICIES AFTER OFFERING TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SHAME ON YOU. The place is cool as far as spiritual/crystal shops go. It has a large variety of items, although I do think it’s a little bit pricey. But this review is actually in regards to a specific psychic practitioner: Mystic Selise. I have had Reiki sessions, tarot card, and other types of psychic readings many times from many different practitioners (even in different states) and never have I felt as much at peace as I did with my experience today with Selice. And that includes from the moment she greeted me and brought me into her room, where I instantly felt more calm. She was obviously very adept at card readings as she was able to get to the heart of my issues very quickly and of course the Reiki session was very relaxing and I feel much lighter after having met with her. And I felt that she was such a good listener, took in everything I said through my upset quick ramblings, and gave me clear direct answers. If you have never been to Enchanted Forest, or if you have ever had a bad experience w a psychic anywhere, but are interested in maybe trying again, I definitely recommend Mystic Selise for your card reading and/or...
