It’s been a few months now and this car has continued to give me multiple problems and I’m yet to hear anything back from this location. One of the worst experiences I have ever had purchasing a supposed certified pre owned vehicle……….. stay away from this location. I’ve had another person reach out to me that leased a vehicle from this locations they have frauded him as well with advertising one price and then selling him another….,,Online buyers beware, Do not purchase anything from this dealership, they are in the business of fraud, false advertising & misrepresentation. I purchased a 2021 S580 that was supposedly certified and has been through the process of certification and I’ve had one issue after the next since I’ve purchased it, including the day I drove it off their lot. The vehicle was vibrating as soon as you get to 70 miles an hour, turns out 3 wheels were damaged, Mind you they tried to repair the issue multiple times at their sister location and I still have the same issue. Now come to find out that my hood has been repainted and I have chucks of paint just coming of the hood in four different areas with additional layers of paint underneath, they are now claiming these are filled in rock chips, which is clearly untrue. How is a vehicle that has gone through a certification process have these types of issues. Lois Greer was my sales person and every attempt she tried to tell me that she will help resolve the issues has yielded absolutely nothing other than her lies. I’ve called and left the GSM and GM messages to call me back and they refuse to call me back. I will be reporting them to DMV and pursuing legal action against this dealership. This dealership is in the business of telling you what you want to hear just to make the sale, they are very dishonest and unprofessional. You would think a large company like Fletcher Jones and it being a Mercedes dealership that they wouldn’t scam people, I was definitely wrong about that. They asked me to wire funds wait till the funds clear before I can fly in and pick up my car, when I arrive nothing was prepared, they try to sell me the vehicle for a higher price than what was advertised, when I held them to their advertised price, they tell me we are dropping the certification because I’m purchasing the vehicle under my business name, how convenient. I’ve given them every opportunity to resolve this matter and unfortunately all I have been given is the runaround. Their vehicles are not in the condition they say they are in and clearly have not been certified. Stay away from this location

I’m giving this review three stars because I felt like this place is average. I walked into the dealership and didn’t feel very welcomed or much support given. I’ve leased two Mercedes over the course of six years in California so I love Mercedes-Benz. This dealership hesitated on even showing me a car, let alone more than one car to compare models and styles. I get it, it’s hot outside in Vegas but at least show a little effort like you care about your customers who are going to spend thousands on a car. I’m from California and had a much better experience at Mercedes Benz-Encino. They offered me cookies and coffee. They were very welcoming and informative. Now, at this Sahara Mercedes dealership location, it was the complete opposite experience. The sales people’s names who ā€œassistedā€ me (which I actually had to find someone to help me in the first place) are Samantha and Thomas. They came across very snooty and were even disclosing their clients’ income. I do not think that is very professional. I had lots of questions because buying a car is a big commitment. I even had emailed the sales rep about dropping off a deposit to build a new vehicle since they didn’t have what I wanted in their inventory but never heard back. I had been considering switching over from Tesla (my current 3yrs lease) back to Mercedes but made my decision solely off of customer service experiences and not based on the prices and features of the actual vehicles. I understand that Mercedes can sell itself because it’s a household name but I believe the people representing the brand is important. These sales reps work off commission and Tesla doesn’t. Customer service is extremely important to me so I decided to take my money elsewhere. I’ve included photos of the car I ended up getting even though it doesn’t pertain to Mercedes. Just wanted to share I’m serious car buyer. I hope this review helps for any future car buyers. There’s only two Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Las Vegas and I didn’t want to drive all the way to Henderson to go look at cars. Who knows if I would of had a different experience.

First, thank you so much for finding me a used car that is reliable and within the price range that I can afford with financing options that are manageable for me during these difficult times. I commend Tyler my salesman, Maricar the finance manager, and Shai I don’t know who s/he is but he helped someway or another during the entire sales process somewhere between both transactions I had completed with FJI. It was a rollercoaster ride with you all but in the end I can say you really pulled through and made up for the rare one-off experience that may happen every so often, I just so happened to be the lucky one this year. But on the more serious note, Tyler is a good guy, he’s the one who showed me used Subie Outback and we test drove it, then talked about numbers and financing then sold it to me. Tyler and Maricar went above and beyond and actually delivered my car to me and my mom for signature signing due to my moms special accommodations due to her health condition, you’re both amazing for making this happen and bringing convenience to the car buying process! As it turns out, we just had a hiccup with the Subie and needed a different car due to the circumstances of the car and you not only did it once, but twice and made things RIGHT the second time, just sucks the Subie had to die on me in less than 48 hours of owning it. Anyhow, I’m here currently with a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata and so far, so good! I’m very satisfied and happy with this alternative as it meets my criteria of reliability and affordability with some peace of mind options of extended warranty and GAP insurance. I’m wishing you all at FJI a successful year of car sales and hope you continue to kill it!!! Thanks for everything!!!

I’m not sure who I’m angry with - Mercedes Benz on a corporate level, Fletcher Jones Imports (the dealership from whom I leased my ā€˜23 EQB-300) or Mercedes Benz Roadside Assistance but on Thursday July 11th my electric vehicle ran out of battery and I rolled safely to a stop at an intersection from which I could the roof of my house and my back yard. Unfortunately to get to my house from that intersection I have to drive up a hill equivalent to one city block and then back down another city block so I was two blocks from my house basically but that small hill removed any chance of me pushing this vehicle home so I needed Roadside assistance TO ASSIST. On that day in Las Vegas it was about 117 degrees and i tried to get somebody / anybody from Mercedes Benz to help me speak to anyone in roadside assistance but i stood on the sidewalk in the 117 degree HEAT for AN HOUR AND A HALF and after five or six phone calls to roadside assistance including 2 calls for sure to the dealership thinking they may be able to get me thru to somebody to help save me from the heat but that didn’t help at all. After 90 minutes and no assistance from Mercedes at all I had no choice but to call a towing service on my own, pay them $125 to come help me get my car back to my garage so I could plug in. The last conversation I had that day was with somebody I got transferred to who said he couldn’t help me but he would have somebody from Mercedes roadside call me back. I remember almost begging him to make sure to let people know that mine was an EV because every time prior to this that I called Mercedes-Benz and I waited on hold at customer service when I finally got somebody to answer the phone and they found out that I had an electric vehicle they would say ā€œoh you need to speak to our special department that handles electric vehicles please holdā€. Now call me crazy but when your EV is handled by the same team of agents that supposedly take calls from Maybach owners I’d think that Mercedes would have a direct number for those customers. But instead calls go to general customer service FIRST for screening and then you get sent onward to the make believe land of EQ / Maybach customer care. ** For the record tomorrow will be 14 days - that’s TWO WEEKS my friends - and NOBODY from Mercedes has called me back to help me with my EQB-300. To make things even more ridiculous, I was supposed to fly to Chicago with my family on Thursday evening and because Mercedes left me stranded on the side of the road for so long I had to send my family to Chicago without me and then I had to pay to change my airline ticket to fly the next day and that was another couple of hundred dollars out of my pocket. This is my first Mercedes Benz but after this - my second let down with customer relations - it will be my only Mercedes Benz. Who would want to give their money to a car company that can’t get simple roadside assistance right? After 90 minutes initially and then another two weeks during which they could have followed up but they didn’t, I have zero confidence in Mercedes Benz and I’m just glad that I have only two years left...

Review of Fletcher Jones on Sahara

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fletcher Jones on Sahara for some service on my Mercedes, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, John Kapica at the service vehicle check -in provided outstanding customer service. His warm demeanor and professionalism made the check-in process seamless and inviting.

What truly impressed me was the thorough diagnostic that the team conducted regarding the pre-save. John was transparent about the issues, particularly concerning the seatbelt safety, and the business took full responsibility for addressing it without charging me. This level of integrity really speaks to how committed they are to customer safety and satisfaction.

Doug, the mechanic, deserves special mention as well. He did an amazing job with the repairs, showcasing his expertise and genuine care for ensuring my vehicle's safety. It’s clear that the team at Fletcher Jones prioritizes not just fixing cars but also ensuring their customers feel secure and valued.

The efficiency and speed of the repairs were remarkable. I was in and out without any hassle, and the entire service experience was smooth. I left feeling completely satisfied with the results.

Mercedes has always been a brand synonymous with quality, and Fletcher Jones on Sahara truly lives up to that reputation. Thank you for making this experience painless and for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of vehicle maintenance!

Review of Shuttle Service at Fletcher Jones on Sahara

I recently had the pleasure of using the shuttle service at Fletcher Jones on Sahara, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. Danny, the shuttle driver, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism was evident. He was always on time, which made my day much easier.

What stood out most was Danny's pleasant demeanor and engaging conversation. He shared his impressive knowledge of the city, which not only made the ride enjoyable but also made me feel safe and more connected to the area. His driving skills were top-notch; I felt secure throughout the entire journey.

Both rides—pickup and drop-off—were seamless. There were no issues or drama, just fast and efficient service. The shuttle service is an invaluable asset to a dealership like Fletcher Jones on Sahara, and it certainly enhances the overall customer experience.

I’m incredibly grateful for the amazing service provided and highly recommend taking advantage of the shuttle service when visiting. Thank you, Danny, for making my experience...
