This is by far the worst Korean bath house/spa I've ever been to... And I've been to many and frequently. I scheduled a body scrub and massage for $140 for a 70-minute session. Below is a detailed review of my encounter & experience.
Pros: The common room saunas were great. The room with clay rocks and salt rocks was different. My favorite was the super hot red clay room.
Cons: Upon entering the facility, there was no greeting from the front desk host. Not even an acknowledgement of "Hi, I'll be right with you." As a customer, I felt ignored and not welcomed. I stood there waiting for them to finish their task before I was asked what I was there for.
After checking in, I was on my own to go about the place. When I entered the women's corridors, I felt the place was poorly laid out with very little signage of where things are.
Typically, these places provide disposable toothbrushes and towels for the bathing area and jacuzzis. There was none to be found. After going through the drawers in the dressing room area, I had to ask the cleaning lady for one. While I was looking around in the dressing area, I found that the counters and drawers were extremely dirty and dilapidated. There was literally trash inside of the drawers. YUCK!
None of the jacuzzis were working the day I came, which was a HUGE disappointment.
The ice-sauna was weak. It wasn't ice cold like it's supposed to be. It actually was chilly enough to make you feel cold, but not the cold that's supposed to be invigorating and good for you.
The masseuse I scheduled with took me in 15-minutes early, which was fine since I was already unimpressed. She had me lay face down on the body scrub massage table which was incorrectly prepared. There was no towel "pillow" to prop my head up a little, so I had to turn my head and the side of my face was on the surface. Typically, the masseuse would gently pour water on the hotter side of warm all over the body to open up the pores, but this lady literally SPLASHED room temperature water on me, splashing my face and causing water to get in my ear. I lifted my head a little to signify my discomfort. She carried on. As she was scrubbing my body, she put so much pressure and scrubbed so hard, I think an extra layer of my skin came off along with the exfoliation. Additionally, at several points, with one hand, she held my hand down to scrub, but she pressed on the hand holding me down so hard that I had wiggle my hand out from under her. She continued to scrub my body with the same abrasiveness and I literally felt like my skin was peeling off. I actually have some scabbing around the sensitive areas like my decollete and arms. When she was done, instead of pouring water on me and using a milk-based oil rinse, she used the shower head and sprayed me down. Then she announced, "Ok. Done. Here's my envelope for tip." NO JOKE!
Honestly, don't go here. Not only did it not feel good, the service was terrible, and it was hella expensive for what it is. I did give her a $20 tip, but I would NEVER go back here unless there has been a major remodel and restaffing of this...

The area around this building seems a little ghetto so if you can, please park your car near the building and DO NOT leave any valuables in your car. I saw glasses in the parking lot which indicates a break-in has occurred or someone got locked in their car.
The cost is $20 for one entry You can bulk by 10 passes for $120 ($12 / entry)
Greeted by a very friendly lady and she explained the process which there wasn't much of. Basically, take a shower, go to rooms, take a shower, leave.
They hand you a slipper, change, towel and a key to your locker. Entrance for men and women are separate. Once you go in, you need to take off your shoes and wear their slippers only.
Then you go to your locker where you store your clothes and belongings.
REQUEST - When multiple people come in at the same time, can you guys separate their locker locations? The people around me were awkwardly saying "excuse me" and trying to get by eachother since all our lockers were near by.
The Shower Yes, people are walking around naked and people get naked as soon as they go in. Yes, ass naked with their wieners hanging out. People are all taking shower in the same room and they are chatting in the tub. It's very strange at first, but you just look away from others and start taking a shower. They provide a tooth brush, shaving cream and a plastic shaver. There is a mirror in front of every shower so you can see yourself taking a shower. There's the usual shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Dry yourself off with the towel before you leave.
Outside the shower, there is everything from dryer, brush, body moisturizer, after shave, etc.
The Sauna Upstairs (co-ed), there are many rooms. Exercise Room - A few bike machines and a mirror to stare at yourself. Would've been nice if they had weights. Community Room - Many people sitting on massage chair to sleep or watch TV Ice Room - It's just a giant freezer. Why? Iron/Magnesium Room - Just a hot room to lie down in. Clay Room - Very hot room and you lie down in a coffin like place Yoga Room - Seems like a room where you're supposed to meditate ?? Room - A room with a bunch of rocks or beads on the ground to lie down on. Work Room - Just a room with a bunch of tables and chairs so you can work or eat. Wifi is provided. Water is free. There is a water dispenser There is a random korean food menu too I guess in case you want to be there the whole day.
All in all, did I enjoy it? It was a new experience I sweated a lot. I can't say I feel extremely relaxed or detoxed like I've read, but I'd probably do it again when I'm feeling like I want to take a...
Read moreWhen I initially began visiting, the spa offered various amenities that enriched the experience, such as neatly arranged towels for guests to replace wet ones conveniently, along with post-spa essentials like hair spray, gel, deodorant, Q-tips, oral hygiene items, and shaving supplies, all for an affordable price of $25. Moreover, the spa's atmosphere was welcoming, enhanced by gentle music and subdued lighting that fostered a soothing environment.
Nonetheless, my recent visits have brought to light several areas of concern. At present, guests need to request additional towels, as clean towels are no longer provided by default. Numerous after-spa care products have been discontinued, and maintaining cleanliness no longer seems to be a focus at the facility. For example, I have observed a toothbrush sitting on the ledge in the Salt room for more than three months, alongside Q-tips placed near the heater. Additionally, the hot tub frequently has cloudy water and occasionally lacks sufficient heating. The steam room emits an unpleasant, slightly moldy odor, and the overly bright lighting across the spa disrupts the soothing ambiance typically associated with a spa environment.
Because of these cleanliness issues, I have started wearing shower shoes during my visits, as I am uncertain about the sanitation measures in place.
The last time I visited was in early February 2025, when the price was still $35. Although I understand that this price is competitive for the services provided, the recent hike to $50 feels unwarranted considering the current condition of the spa. Numerous other establishments, including TI and Luxor, provide similar services at this price range, and enhancing your spa's cleanliness and amenities could make it a worthwhile choice.
I think resolving these issues could significantly improve the guest experience. By prioritizing daily cleanliness and restoring the thoughtful amenities that used to distinguish it, the spa could transform its ambiance from resembling a local gym to embodying a genuine spa retreat.

A friend and I decided to go back after a few months. We heard they price dropped a little to $45. Here is an update on the spa. From the pictures you can see nothing had changed as far as cleanliness. I feel this is something they really need to focus on. Highly recommend you bringing in some type of footwear like water shoes or shower shoes to wear around because who knows when the last time they sanitized the floors in there and...
