Let me start off to say If I could give them 5 diamonds instead of 5 stars thats what I would do. I never buy jewelry from regular jewelry stores because my uncle owns 9 stores but, I was looking for something for my wife and daughter for Christmas and didn’t have time to get with my uncle because he is in mexico. As soon as I walked in I was genuinely greeted by Juan who is a classy individual but most importantly a true professional. I didn’t know what I was looking for but Im a type of buyer once I see it I know. I am very hard to please with customer service since I myself am a Sales manager at a car dealership. I saw a pair of diamond earrings which I thought I was going to take the Manager came over to give me a price because I asked juan what the best price would be so he immediately got the manager for me. When he arrived he also was quick to assist but as well he was a true gentleman and a professional. I than saw some earrings for my daughter which he changed the stones on the spot and quick so I could see how they would look with her birth stone. Next to those earrings was another pair which he quickly switch the birth stone as well. At the end I purchased two matching sets one for my wife and one for my daughter. At no point of time were they rushing me to make a decision even though they were closing and I was all over the place. They made me feel like I was at my uncles stores and to be honest I can say Tower of Jewels treated me just as my uncle would. If you want to be treated like every customer should come and see these two classy individuals. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thank you once again...

Unfortunately before finding them I had several horrible experiences with box stores selling me sub par product at a high price and even as terrible as jewelry being swapped when dropped off for repair.

My faith was restored 100% when I found Tower of Jewels. Not only did they teach me how to identify my own pieces but took the time to explain what components were important when selecting new ones. They also informed me of the suggested care plan for pieces which was super helpful!

Additionally I had pieces just sitting in a box which the owner helped me bring back to life (gah you should see my sapphire). They do not cut corners they are honest and friendly. My husband and I have been customers for about a decade and I assure you we won't go...

I could not ask for a better engagement ring buying experience! I came in with a bit of surface level knowledge, but still a bit out of my depth. He really helped educate me on diamond quality and has boundless patience. He was not trying to sell me a ring, he was helping me find exactly what was the perfect fit for my engagement.
