Today i had gone to get a blast, everything was fine at drive thru until i pulled up to the window. The employee making my blast was the same person that was taking payments, while she was making my blast she dropped some chocolate pieces on the counter, proceeded to pick it up WITHOUT gloves and threw it back into the container. Then she continued to scoop the now contaminated toppings into my ice cream! This is a clear health violation! They should never touch ready to eat foods without gloves regardless of if they washed their hands, ESPECIALLY if you are handling money. The cashier, Kayleen (per the receipt), then became annoyed when i told her i would not pay for it since she touched it with her bare hands. She then had the audacity to say "it was only 2 pieces of chocolate " as if it wasn't a big deal. Like yeah if its not a big deal then throw them away!! Now you have an entire container that has been contaminated with whatever bacteria you had on your hands! I called the manager and told her that she needs to retrain her employees on basic food handling protocols because it was clear that they were not following regulations. The manager also kept cutting me off while I was speaking and also didnt want to tell me her name when i asked her 2 times, I dont even think I spoke to the Assistant manager who claimed her name was Ms. Fischer. Like who addresses themselves by their last name when a customer asks, they didnt even give Me a first name! All in all PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE unless you're wanting to expose yourself to potential illnesses due to inappropriate handling of food. For example, ask for a simple drink with a double shot of cherry what I got we're two cherries in the bottom of my drink and no Cherry syrup but I had to pay for the Cherry syrup. Complained in the managers that come back and we'll fix it the next time you're here. I thought that was pretty fair so I never took him up on it, but the next time I order came out it wasn't what I asked for. Yesterday was the final straw. I asked for a hamburger and was told they don't sell hamburgers only cheeseburgers. I said I thought that was ridiculous because all you do is the same thing just don't put cheese on my burger. So I got my burger with no cheese, and still had to pay the regular price as if it had cheese on it. Now ask for an extra piece of cheese, and that's another $1! Seems only fair if I don't have cheese you should take a dollar off of that cost of that burger that's listed as a cheeseburger, because I don't eat dairy on my meat. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could rate zero stars I would, first off the lady in drive thru, was shouting at me from the jump, and I could barely understand her and then when I said what to my total being read because I couldn't understand her, she raised her voice at me like it's my fault, when I got to the drive thru, I had to ask about the order 4 times, because she got it wrong, as I had ordered a large popcorn chicken meal, a popcorn chicken on the side, and a route 44 root beer, I told her at the speaker to take of the side popcorn chicken, and instead put a pulled pork burger, but she took off all the chicken or never put both on, either way, she got it wrong, then had an attitude saying "I asked them if it was right and they said yes" to which it wasn't, and apparently the pulled pork BURGER comes with a sausage patty instead of beef which is what they gave me, the most absurd experience, I worked Burger King for 4-5 years, I understand how fast food can be but she was so disrespectful, this happened 2/18/24 at around 8:20 PM truly horrible, if you don't like your job, quit and find something new, but don't take it out on us customers because you can't handle literally 4 people...
