I kept asking myself if management was on vacation while I was going through the drive thru at this particular Burger King. The service was horrible all around.
When ordering, the employee was using phrases like "What else?" And "Are you done?" And even though I had stated what I wanted multiple times, the drinks were wrong on the screen. I figured I wasn't going to bother trying to correct this employee anymore and I would try my luck at the window.
When I pulled up to the second window, the employee asked me to back up and pull to the window again, but didn't bother to explain why. I've never experienced anything like that before, and the only possible explanation I have for it is this person thought it was humorous. Well, it earned a one star review on Google, so hopefully it was worth the chuckle.
When the employee handed me my drinks, I asked if the drinks were what I wanted to order and not the drinks presented on the screen and this person assured me that they were. It pretty much goes without saying that they unsurprisingly were not correct. This person also tried sending me on my way without completing my order. When I asked where the rest of my order was, I was given an attitude in response with the employee closing the window.
When the window re-opened, a different employee wearing a different shirt that couldn't have possibly been a manager shirt came out and handed me the rest of my order. I say that it couldn't have been a manager because this person handed me the item without saying a single word. Also, I was still convinced that management was not around at this point.
The point is: TL;DR come to this location with low expectations. They'll honor upsizing for your coupons (and not everyone will) but they will make it obvious to you that they would rather be anywhere else doing...

The woman began screaming "I'm in here" several times loud enough for everyone in the dining area to hear her. The male employee continued his entrance. The woman became verbally offensive and eventually called for police assistance. The manager report to the police was if the woman was in the wrong. In the same instance I ordered a whopper with cheese and that same employee fulfilled my order immediately. When I sat down I noticed that I had been given a tainted impossible whopper that has kept me sick for over a week. I reported the incident to the district manager who again stated that the woman in the restroom was the one at fault for both complaints; mine and hers. If they continue to promote hatred through their services there are somethings that need to be corrected. I pray that their corporate offices be notified of this store because the district manager offered no solution to the ongoing...

Another car pulled up and they were getting helped first too.pulled up to the window asked why she helped the other two cars first after SHE told me to wait a minute she said she probably forgot didn’t say sorry about that or anything just proceed to say I can’t help u here y need to go all the way around again.decided to go inside instead and complain in there the workers inside were very rude as well and didn’t care at all about what I said. Once I finally got my order asked for ONE barbecue sauce they said 25 cents for extra since when I hadn’t asked for sauce yet and also knowing that at any other Burger King they would have given me the sauce. Over all all workers were rude and just a horrible experience. 100% would not recommend this...
