The employees need some training on customer service
I took my son there yesterday, March 26 for his 12th birthday, along with my two nephews my daughter and her friend so five kids total. Or an hour and a half each kid came out to 200 bucks with the grip socks. Walking into this place is pretty overwhelming in a good way. The kids were salivating they could not wait to join the festivities. I had five kids with me so I had to do five different waivers which took a few minutes. They provided me with an iPad to do the waivers While I was doing the waivers. My kids were very excited. They were having fun in the lobby area in the corner as I got up to return the iPad the security guard who was fitted out like he was going to war , he had a pistol on his waist and draped from head to toe with tactical gear, seemed a bit much, but whatever
I got up to return the iPad when the security guard came behind me and yelled at my kids calm down. Which I thought was ironic due to the fact that he works at Chuck E. Cheese on steroids. I did politely went up to him and told him if my kids are an issue ( which they weren’t ) to come directly to the parent and not yell at the kids and everyone.
After signing the waivers, my kids were free to play, my daughter and her friend had their own grip socks from another place called sky zone I bought my son and my two nephews ripped socks from spy ninjas . Shortly, after letting them go play, my daughter and her friend came back and said one of the employees did not let them in the trampoline area because of their socks. I then walked up to employee and asked what the issue was and his response was. “ they need grip socks. “ to which I replied.” they are grip socks.” Then I had my daughter show them the bottom of their feet to prove that they were in fact, grip the socks. His response “ they ain’t our grip socks, you gotta buy them from the front desk” so I bought them spy ninja grip socks .
Our 90 minutes was up around 6:15 PM last night. At approximately 613 my daughter and her friend wanted to do the zip line to end the night because the line was long when we first got there the young lady let my daughter and her friend on the zip line. About one minute later my son and his friends also joined the line to finish out the night on the zip line. The young lady denied my son and his friend asked us to the zip line stating that their time was up at this time. It just turned 615. I asked the lady if she can let them on our time just barely expired and it was my son‘s birthday. That’s how he wanted to finish tonight. Her response was. “ no sorry your time is up. You can go downstairs and add 30 minutes to your bracelet, but I cannot let you guys on.” I was fairly frustrated. I told my son and his friends never mind I told them to go downstairs and get ready to go. I waited up top for my daughter and her friend to get off the zip line. while waiting the same young lady asked me if there was an issue and why I was still there to which I replied. “ you let my daughter and her friend on, but not my son and his friends, I’m just waiting for them to get off so I can tell them to get ready to go.”
So they started their spy ninja experience with getting yelled at by a G.I. Joe security guard and they ended their insurance by being denied zip line after being excited. The employees need serious work on realizing that they work at a kids indoor playground and they need serious work on...
Read moreIf I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Visiting Spy Ninjas HQ was one of the most unforgettable, action-packed, and all-around amazing experiences I’ve ever had. Whether you’re a die-hard fan of the Spy Ninjas or just someone looking for something new and exciting to do, this place will blow you away from the moment you walk through the doors.
As soon as we entered, it felt like we had been transported into the Spy Ninjas universe. Everything was so well designed and immersive. The space is full of bright colors, secret passages, high-tech gadgets, and themed rooms that make you feel like you’re part of a real mission. You’re not just watching a show anymore – you become the Spy Ninja.
We were greeted by an incredible team who were enthusiastic, helpful, and fully in character. They made the experience even more magical, treating each visitor like a true spy recruit. We were quickly pulled into our first challenge, and from there, it just kept getting better.
Each activity was well thought out and full of surprises. We had to solve puzzles, break codes, complete ninja training courses, dodge lasers, and even face off against hacker-style obstacles like the ones in the videos. Everything was interactive and designed to make you think, move, and work as a team.
I really appreciated how every part of the HQ was created with attention to detail and a deep love for what Spy Ninjas is all about – bravery, friendship, intelligence, and fun. There was never a dull moment, and every challenge felt like it mattered. The environment was safe, clean, and super well organized. Kids and adults alike were totally engaged and having a blast.
Another amazing thing is how Spy Ninjas HQ encourages creativity and confidence. You’re not just running around; you’re solving real challenges and getting cheered on for using your brain and your skills. It’s the kind of fun that leaves you inspired and proud of yourself.
This experience is a must-do for families, groups of friends, or any young fans who dream of becoming part of the Spy Ninjas team. It’s not just a fun attraction – it’s an entire world built for adventure. I left feeling energized, happy, and already planning my next visit. Honestly, I can’t recommend Spy Ninjas HQ enough. It’s fun, thrilling, and something you’ll never forget.
If you’re wondering if it’s worth it – trust me, it is. Spy Ninjas HQ is everything you hope it’ll...
Read moreHad my child’s birthday party here and overall it was a good experience.
The party room was spacious, which was a big plus, and they provided all the essentials like plates, cups, and tablecloths. The package I chose included pizza, drinks, cupcakes, and ice cream cups. The cupcakes were better than the basic ones most places offer, which was a nice surprise.
One thing to note: you cannot bring in outside food or drinks. (A cake is accepted) If you need extra, you have to purchase through them. They also provided goodie bags for all the party guests and a special bag for the birthday child, which included a free return visit to the park — a really thoughtful touch.
My main critique would be that it’s not really worth the price if you have younger children. The under-8 crowd, especially the 6–7-year-olds, seemed a bit bored since they could only access the toddler area. Kids 8 and up had access to all the activities and had a great time.
Our party host was very sweet and helpful, though it did seem like they might have been new to the role. We ended up serving the food ourselves, cutting the cake, and had to ask when the kids were allowed to go play. That said, it’s understandable — many of the staff are probably young and still learning, so with more experience, I’m sure they’ll improve.
One nice touch for adults: there’s a 21+ bar upstairs. It was a good spot to hang out once the party room time ended since the play areas were pretty crowded (it was a weekend). However, kids were running in and out of the bar area, so I’d suggest better enforcement to keep it adults-only.
Lastly, I wish there were more details online when booking. The listing said 1.5 hours, but it was actually 1 hour in the party room and 1.5 hours of playtime with the Action Pass. It was nice to have more time than expected, but I didn’t find that out until two weeks after I booked — a heads-up earlier would’ve helped me communicate better with the other parents.
All in all, the kids had fun, and there were some great highlights, but there’s definitely room for improvement in...
