Mood- what is your go to pick me up meal? Well I can say for me, I'm a foodie I have several. It's like listening to music, sometimes a person may have 200 songs in their Playlist and I have about 3000 ( yes I do) however each food choice had is own special place in my heart. This day I was pretty down about things at work and deciding what my next chapter is going to be. So while the decisions need to be made why not get fixated on the best add ons for hot pot. Upon entering was quickly greeted and ushered over to a section that had enough grilles for my party. Menu was given drink order was taken. Opted for that AYCE of course. When my mind is trying to quiet the day, it is best for me to fully be engulfed in an experience to not think. I got so much meat and Sukiyaki refills that night. It was great. One thing I want to point out is that your meat is cut fresh, and you get to watch. Interior is a large center piece in a U shape with accommodating chairs. This setup can def hold small intimate parties to larger groups. Music was playing in the background. Everything was very clean Would def recommend- pricing for the quality and service was very reasonable. The customer service was on point. It is always a nice experience when you get to go some place and feel like it's ok for you to be there. Location is Sahara/Buffalo- ample parking

This place was great! I came here with my husband and 3 other friends at the end of our Las Vegas vacation. We wanted to try this place because I had a Groupon. When we got there they had a Tuessay special for all-you-can eat hot pot for $22.99 and a Summer Lunch Special for their hot pot for $14.99. I ordered the lunch special because I wasn't as hungry. My husband and a friend ordered the all you can eat and the other two ordered a chicken bento box and sushi. The bento box and sushi was reviewed as ok by my two friends. Us three who had the hot pot really enjoyed our meal. I had the shabu shabu and my husband had the Sukiyaki broth. I had to add more seasoning and spices for my broth (which was ok because the server told me I may have to). I tried my husband's Sukiyaki broth and it was more flavorful and sweeter. I would get that broth next time I'm in Vegas visiting. We ended pur meals with the Tempura Vanilla ice cream. It was delicious and finish our meals right. All in all, I would go there again. The server Kester, was super attentive and very nice. And because of their specials, we didn't use our Groupon. I will just return my Groupon for Groupon bucks. :)

I am a hot pot/ shabu shabu lover. I have tried almost all the hotpots I can find around Las Vegas, Spring Mountain, Handerson and etc. I would say Swish is the BEST hotpot you can find in Las Vegas. Swish provide high level meal, but with affordable price with $23 all you can eat. Swish soup is pretty simple, there is no any add on, but having onion to raise their soup into another level. Their cabbage also taste sweet. It’s been a long time that I do not have this noble vegetable in US. I don’t think it’s necessary to describe how I feel about their meat because you can easily see from the photo and you will definitely come to Swish in person after seeing this review. Compare to all the other Asia hotpots you can find in Vegas, I think Swish concept is pretty easy to understand “Simple but like Mom’s Warm Heart Meal!”

I had the most awful experience with my order... I made a pickup order with grubhub at 7:27 pm. It said for pickup, it usually takes 20 to 25 minutes. A few minutes after I paid, I received a notification saying that it'll be ready between 8:05 and 8:15. Which is 40 to 50 minutes. Okay, I understand they might be busy.

From my experience with how it works, there was supposed to be another notification when the order is actually ready. There was nothing. Order status looked like "in the works."

Anyway, I was nearby, so decided to come and check what's going on. The front door was locked, place was full of people, no one at the front desk, stuff was walking around without paying attention. I tried to knock on the door, and a couple of customers made a look at me. Zero attention again. So I called.

Actually, I was watching the server holding a dish to be placed on the table with one hand, talking to me on the phone, holding it with another hand. When I said that I'm here for my order, he said: "Where are you? Your order is ready. " As it was me who is late. Whatever. I tried to explain that the front door was closed, and he said that I might be mistakenly at the back door, but I wasn't. So asked him to bring the order, to which he said: "Come at the back door, I'll bring it." I double-checked if it's me who should walk around to the back door to get it. He confirmed. Okay.

Then he asked me to pay, but I already paid. So it made me think that he even had no idea if it’s my order or someone else's. When I asked him to double-check whom this bag belonged, instead of asking the name and confirmation, he started to open boxes to see what's inside. So as it was my order,Ii just grabbed it and walked away. Without any mood to eat it..

To mee it looks like such a behavior is normal for the staff.

Management should monitor what kind of customer service their stuff provide. That's...
