Absolutely the worst customer service of any establishment of its kind I have ever been in. Rude, inconsiderate, and what I would think to be profilers. I passed them up before I realized it, didn’t want to make a U-turn and another U-turn so I parked in the next parking lot just west of them. I walked down there, although they don’t close until six the door was locked. I figured well, it’s a pawnshop, not a big deal that they have the door locked, they did eventually open it for me. I heard them laugh, and make some comment about me, waiting at the door, which I didn’t understand exactly what was said, but in reference to. And I say profiler’s, because I just got off of a job and had a T-shirt and a pair of jeans on ergo I probably look like I didn’t have any money. However, I did have money and went in to buy a pair of diamond stud earrings, which they had a few pair. There was one employee at the counter by the earrings where I was standing. He completely ignored me. He started counting a moment after I stood there looking at the earrings. I figured he was probably doing inventory, so I waited patiently, he still did not even acknowledge my presence. When he finish counting, I asked him if he had a minute. He looked at me with a frown on his face, turned from me, and proceeded to talk to the other two employees who were laughing and having a good old time behind the counter. I shook my head, turned around and walked out . I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who was serious about purchasing anything from someone who felt like giving...

I have made purchases as well as obtained loans time and time again. Half of the shop is jewelery, there is an electronics section, a wide variety of movies too. Bring in a used tablet or even a gold ring and get a loan. Expect to get 25% - 30% of the retail value always. A pawn shop is reliable money in a pinch. The terms are roughly $18 per 100 borrowed per month. Did you say you would like to see guns? You have come to the rite place. Long guns, short guns 🔫 not these guns 💪 🙄 but the ones like 9mm 45 and AR. There are multiple sanitation stations, UV lights to clean the air, the place is a fortress and im sure Nevia, she is packin, so ladies feel free and safe to make the pawn shop your new short term loan solution. Hint, the best way to get increases on loans is to come in frequently. You dont even have to buy anything. Caesar is the shop manager, and the guy they always call for approval on loans, so walk in, say hello 👋 😀 and bring your friends because they have a referral program too. I have been to probably 10-15 pawn shops over the coarse of my life and I have yet to encounter an experience as positive as T&T.

Dealing with Spencer and Rosa specifically was a best case scenario factoring the circumstances of being at a pawn shop in itself.

I had an item that was taking up space but also held some decent value. I had the option to sell privately but figured things would be easier if I did so at a pawn shop, assuming I wouldn’t take a massive hit price wise.

I explained the situation to Rosa and Spencer and we were able to find a middle ground that I believe worked for everyone across the board.

They answered all my questions and were relatable beyond the “robotic” dealings that are usually the case at most pawn shops.

In the future if I ever need to return to a pawn shop sales wise, I will be sure to return to T&T no questions asked.

Lastly as a side note, they had great prices and inventory on a number of different items as well. I very well may be returning to shop next time.
