Edit Update: friends wanted to try this place and I warned them it was just ok. They ordered: The eight new photos. They said it was just ok and they eat Sushi often. They said that I warned them and they should have listened to me! 🤔🙄. This place used to be great, but now not so much. Update: placed a pick up order and they screwed it up! I have been going to this place for over 18 years and they had the audacity to challenge me on a Roll I have been order since then! I ordered Hell Roll…what they made is NOTHING like what I normally get (see last photo for real one. The first photo is of the crap they gave me tonight…I am sure you can see the difference. Middle photo is Hamachi sushi can’t screw that up. They just a loyal customer and I will telling everyone I know not to eat here! Previous review: We sat at the Sushi Bar the Sushi Chefs are always funny and serve you quickly! The Hamachi is always fresh. Yakasobi noodle are tasty and the Unagi is yummy.

Sushi Fever is my favorite sushi restaurant in Las Vegas! The fish is always fresh, the quality of the fish is amazing, the cuts are generous, and the temperature of the rice and fish is just right. I like to go on Friday or Saturday before the dinner rush, and they have more special fish on those days. Special fish includes high quality kanpachi, madai, mirugai, masu, uni, toro, aji, and shima aji. The ikura with uzura-tamago is amazing, and the unagi is served hot like it should be. The atmosphere is casual, and the chefs and staff are very friendly. The clientele is mostly regulars, and the chefs even remember people's names and order preference. Anytime I go to a different sushi restaurant, including the high-end Nobu restaurant, I wish I had gone to Sushi Fever, instead! I've had sushi all over the world, including Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo, and Sushi Fever always ranks in my top choices!

If you're looking for an excellent choice for sushi off the Strip in Las Vegas, look no further than Sushi Fever! I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and it was an amazing experience. When I tell you to get the specialty rolls, trust me—you absolutely need to get the specialty rolls! They were incredible—fresh, flavorful, and creatively presented. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, and I found myself wishing I could try every roll on the menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and cozy, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. Overall, Sushi Fever is a must-visit if you're in the area. The quality of the sushi is outstanding, and I can't recommend it enough. Don’t miss out on those specialty rolls!

My goodness YES... This is my new go-to-- they have it all right: proximity to my house, fair pricing, and most importantly... AMAZZZZZING sushi!

We ordered take out, and they were exceptional in their sushi AND generous with a plethora of extras:

I ordered the nuclear roll, the naked roll, and a salmon skin cut roll... none of which were stingy in ingredients-- if there's micro greens to be had, they are putting them all in... and that's just one mere example. Sushi Fever is not skimpy!

... and everything came with a mound of crunchy fried onions (!!), 2 enormous bowls (they were more than a cup... definitely a small bowl) of some sort of sauce (Is that the "O" sauce?)-- I had so much left over, I am STILL using it as a salad dressing at home! Also a variety of other sauces from eel sauce to mayonnaise-y pink sushi sauce, along with the usual soy sauce, ginger, wasabi. Also generous amounts of ribbony white vegetable (what is that exactly? Sort of a cross between a radish and kohlrabi?) which my husband and I both ate entirely with the "O" Sauce/ dressing.

No pictures this time, cuz it all went right into my mouth... I promise I'll slow down and document the pictoral evidence accordingly...

I have been their customer for a very long time, way before they change their management. Sushi fever is not the same anymore. The girl at check in wanted to give us a table next to bathroom and I respectfully asked her to change the table. She said I have to wait another 30 mins (after the initial long wait). In couple minutes, a table (same in size as she offered) was available and I went to ask her to give us that table. She ignored me and gave that table to another party that just arrived! She even refused to talk to me and sounded like I have to wait another 30 mins no matter what, just because I didn’t want to seat next to bathroom. We should had been priority after that long wait. We left and will be never back as this was a very poor service. Specially her reaction of ignoring me and refusing to talk to me when I was so polite to her! But Sushi fever management, you will lose customers if you don't train your employees to respect...
