Boston Crockett knowingly injected me with improperly mixed Dysport on March 10, 2020. She informed me that it was improperly mixed and diluted after she injected it into my face. Her assistant prepared it, which may or may not be legal. I asked her if it was safe to inject and she claimed it was. Upon further research, I saw that complications can arise when Dysport is watered down or diluted; it can move to other muscles in the face causing unpredictable results and in rare cases vision problems. Here is an excerpt from the LA times. “Mixing the toxin with too much saline increases the risk of complications because a dilute solution is more likely to migrate into other muscle areas, he says, causing problems like a droopy eyelid, double vision or a droopy lip. And a watered-down injection isn't as likely to hold up.Jun 24, 2002” Boston Crockett should never have injected this improperly mixed Dysport knowingly into my face. As a professional, she should have prepared the solution correctly to ensure safety and correct results for my money spent. Upon discussion with Boston she gaslighted me and changed her story to reflect something different that happened than what actually happened that day. She accused me of trying to fish for a refund. She was aggressive, unprofessional, rude, belittling, and unable to own up to her mistake. She refused to refund me for her terrible service and bad product. She did offer to inject me again… but at that point I didn’t want to interact with her, let alone have her inject me again. I’ve been injected now with toxin for almost 6 years. Dysport normally lasts for me from 4-6 months. It’s barely been 2 months and I’m completely mobile again with wrinkles. Bostons injecting technique is severe, rough and is very painful. She is cocky and arrogant and has no business doing what she does. She needs more training in how to be professional and in her poor services. Once upon a time I used to like her, I do even like her technique for lip filler, but she will eventually let you down. Boston is known to have performed injections WITHOUT the supervision of a physician in Nevada in the past. THIS IS ILLEGAL. Certain brand reps for injectables will not sell her product for breaking this law. She is careless and has no regard for what is legal and ethical. Side note: She was even present at the January 6 violent insurrection at our nations capitol building. Is this someone who you want to do business with? Where’s my refund, Boston? It’s time to make this right. I waited two months to see if what she said was going to be true, and it wasn’t. I’m never looking to sabotage someone’s lively hood . The situation was handled poorly, the product didn’t work and it was not safe to inject me . It’s not ok. I don’t want another person to be treated like this when something goes wrong. Reply: Don’t gaslight me further, I was your client, exactly why you should make this right. My trust was broken as soon as you let me know there was something wrong with the toxin that you placed in my face and my friends as well. It should have never happened. It should have been properly re-mixed. You placed something that you knew was not 100%. My review is true. You use voice messages over text to cover your paper trail for screenshots. I need not do anything for you after you were aggressive and unprofessional. You have a tarnished reputation because you didn’t always follow all laws and regulations. I know how the toxin should look and how long it should last. It’s not good. I am disappointed not angry, and feel happy to inform others of what happened to me. You uphold and support lawless activity. Your political affiliation further shows why you are problematic. You’ve already encouraged others to leave negative reviews on my business’ page. They canceled my appointment for my chin because I wasn’t willing to have a trainee do my chin, cheeks AND jaw. I don't even need my cheeks done…

Update…since my review I was contacted by a manager, she offered me my same appointment that they had said they had to cancel with the caveat I take my review down. Stating that “the review could hurt their business”. When I refused (because I had already scheduled with another business) she attempted to guilt trip me saying “if you feel comfortable hurting a small business with your review” and then came on here and wrote the reply you see below. All in all, terrible service and as someone who owns a small business, absolutely terrible practices of attempting to essentially buy reviews. I have so many amazing things to say about Boston and her team. Her facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. She the most advanced injector I have ever been too. Believe me, I’ve been to numerous “advanced” injectors and have not been impressed. She consulted with me for a half hour before even deciding on what route we should take. Usually cosmetic treatments are PRICEY. I went into her office ready to spend $$ and she actually suggested a different route that actually SAVED me money. I have had Filler, Botox, microneedling and other advanced facial treatments in her office and always leave with my expectations exceeded. She is always so kind and SO professional.
