The good and the bad for a birthday party at this location. I picked this location because I heard good things about the playground and reading the reviews. I went to the location to get information on pricing and see it in person. There were 2 gentelments that greeted me. They were very pleasant. Showed me the room options but had no idea about pricing and packages. One of them tried to contact someone with no luck but provided me with a number. It took me about 3 days to reach a lady. She was very pleasant afterwards. Answering all my questions. I went to the location to pay my deposit and asked if I can have juice boxes ( caprison) instead of the soda pitchers included in the package and I was told yes. I wanted to prevent any mess. At the day of the party I got at the location around 3 45pm ( party starts at 4) there was a girl still working on the decoration. There was no ballons yet. Which was a small stack of like 6 7 ballons that probably no one noticed. The room was cute and fitted out theme perfectly. Now my package was originally for 15 kids but even then I told them that the number will increase. We had 25 kids with parents. The room does not allow everyone to sit down and be comfortable. Thank God kids were back and forth and never all of them at once. Temperature in the room was very warm. It was odd how the hallway just outside was with nice cool temperature, while inside was at least 80 degrees. We asked multiple employees to turn on AC and the answer was that the management does not like it. My husband talked to so called the manager - she gave him bad attitude which in hospitality ( i also work in) is unacceptable ( short hair girl with glasses). Anyways I had guests complaining and I had to remind the front ladies that it is against health code to have such temperature and food on same spot. It happened to meet the owner then. I asked him to walk in the room and feel how warm it was there. He then adjusted the temperature stating that he has to be careful with their electricity bill... I thought that was the end of the drama and now I could enjoy the party as well. When after a while there was no difference in the room I notice that the thermostat was placed on heat ( see pic). At this point the party was half way done and I decided to enjoy as much as I can my daughters birthday. The girl ( host) that was assigned to the party was nice and tried to fulfill any request. As far as the juice boxes - i asked once I got there and had no answer. So the girl I asked and said she would check forgot about it ( it happens I guess). The host lady then checked and said is not possible. Oh well .. we can survive with the pitchers but not a good impression on the communication. Pizzas that were advertised as medium are not medium. They are personal size pizza, but we had plenty of food, so did not care much of it either. My main concern was after all the issues that manager girl came to me and was radicilously rude. She said " you have to leave this party room now, because we have another party after you". A little advice - you never say that to a customer - in contract I signed says if I stay extra I pay for it. I would rather was told that then being treated like a 5 year old. I did my best to navigate everyone to playground. And we stayed there until 7pm. There was no other party! You would think after all the issues you would not might to leave the guests to finish up for exta 15min with no disruption. Conclusion - this place might be good for 5 to 10 people kids party. Pass that you might not be pleased. Will I be back - I would not, neither any of my guests after they saw it all. The other location might be better, who knows

I had my son's birthday last weekend on the Henderson location and it was really disappointing, first we arrive 30 minutes early to set everything up, we had checked in prior to the date so we would not waist time but due to “check in” the wait was 20 minutes to enter because there was only ONE person at front, being Saturday, with 2 parties going on and just 1 person to get the registration process done for everyone was ridiculous. Then we arrive to the party room and I was shocked when I saw the plain room and the “decorations” the tables were fine but behind the main table we found just a white plain wall with a banner, nothing compared with the next party room that was with a backdrop stand with curtains and a backdrop like the decoration that you see in the website picture. I call the ladies to ask and they said that the manager didn't say that we needed a backdrop stand, then they said that they couldn't find the decoration backdrop online. Me:Come’on you find everything on amazon), of course it was a lie because 15 minutes after they came with the backdrop to be pasted on the wall with tape and they said that it was in the mailbox, clearly un prepared. Thankfully I had taken my own balloon garland to complete the decoration look that I was expecting from them and also a backdrop just in case the one that they had didn't match with my balloon garland and of course I used it because there was No backdrop at the time we arrive, then I ask for a backdrop stand to put the balloons and my backdrop but they told me that they didn't have any because it was at the Rainbow location so I had to paste it with tape on the wall. I don't know why they didn't have a backdrop stand and a backdrop in a party room where I paid for a decent decoration just like the one that you offer on the website. Is not fair that they charge you for something that they didn't have prepared, and this is fake advertisement. This was very unorganized and our gathering got behind due to the fact that checkin was overwhelming lost 20min just standing there to turn in “shoes” and everyone was pilled up, the party room was not as we expected and finished (as advertised on website), the workers were not very helpful. We are very disappointed and would like you to look into...

We have been going to this place but everytime is getting worst. First, my son is 15 years old and very tall kid not into toddler slides or games. He always goes with me so he can help me with his sister. We never get charge for him coming cause technically when you use your commonsense none of the 15 years old will play in that playground. But today the guy charged us and said adult age for them is 18 years old. I can’t find any on the website stating the age! Most of the playgrounds stopped charging at 13 years old. But well I still paid for it to avoid a scene but still mad about it. Then we ordered food and the guy gave us a number did not even print anything so I said how will he know which one is my order? He said he knows. So he came and brought just our pizza and took our number and I said we are missing 2 drinks and 1 hotdog why would he take the number? He said he’ll bring it soon and I said then leave the number. How would you know where to bring that food then? And he said oh yeah take this number. Then I ordered another fries and same thing happened. The guy approached me and said I see you still have a number what are we missing? I said the fries. My daughter is been crying for 30mins just waiting for the fries. He brought it and the fries looked like the left over fries. Small fries and almost burnt like the ones that are left over. He said that he can’t find the number for the order. Which I already said to the guy to write down the number he gave me. Smh! Then I approach the front and told him we are checking out since my daughter was not feeling it. And he said next time approached him since they have 15mins grace period and I said the only reason why we stayed because of the food that is taking forever!!!!!! We wouldn’t stay if not because of the food!!!!!!!! I wasn’t asking for refund but first you already charged me for a teenager then your food server kept making mistakes! Nextime write the number so you don’t have to look for people in the playground if what they ordered! The other lady was looking all around the playground for someone who ordered 2 bobas. Why are you making it hard for yourself? And please add the age in the website! It is ridiculous charging...
