I took my family and the whole experience was terrible. First of all there was a foul odor in the playground due to a puddle of pee on the floor which we notified the employee Tristan but he said yeah and ignored being that there were no other customers, about 30 minutes later I went back asked for the Manager YVETTE, but she was in the back eating on the clock, when I finally talked to YVETTE I told her that her store was very dirty and YVETTE's own words were "Yes I know my store is very dirty." It took her 30 to 40 minutes to send someone to clean up inspite of the fact that it was not busy. Also two employees clocked in and began to serve drinks for themselves not even acknowledging the needs of my family and I. The worst thing is that this is the only Burger King closest to me, and my family loves eating and playing there don't get me wrong the food is delicious but YVETTE, Tristan and the rest of the crew need to perhaps consider a new field of employment because it is us the customers who make their paychecks possible. I already filed a report to GLENCOE MANAGEMENT which is the corporate office of all Burger Kings in Las Vegas. I recently visited [Burger king ] and had an exceptional experience, thanks largely to the outstanding service provided by the manager, [Yanna ]. From the moment I walked in, [Yanna ] ensured that everything was running smoothly and that customers were well taken care of. The restaurant was busy, but [Yanna ] managed the staff with efficiency and professionalism, keeping the service quick and friendly. They even took the time to check on customers personally, making sure everyone was satisfied with their meals. What stood out the most was [Yanna ]'s friendly and approachable demeanor. They handled a minor issue with my order promptly and with a smile, turning what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Thank you, [Yanna ], for making my visit to [Burger King Name] a pleasant one. Read moreMe and my wife had came to this location about two weeks ago when we were getting in the line to order we looked over and seen one of the workers blow her nose in front of the counter threw the tissue away and continue to bag another guest food without washing her hands. She was about to walk up to take our orders but we told her i don't want someone taking our order who doesn't even washed their hands I rather eat out of a trash can. We walkes out and proceeded to contact corporate to let them know they have to teach their workers better hygiene while being around people food. Also the homelessness and drug activity is bad in this restaurant they are in and out the bathroom in groups some would spend their entire day here sleeping ,charging their phone and panhandling in front of the store. I've been living around this location going on 9 years and every time I try to give them a chance something happens to change my mind.
