IHOP — Restaurant in Las Vegas

This IHOP was not at all like the ones I ever been to in the passed I took my mom out to eat and we came in the waitress seats us my mom and I talk but then I noticed the waitress seats another pair of ppl and started talking their orders first she laughs as she finished up with them then brings us water an ask are u ready so at this point we are not understanding the process ...and kinda not sure if we are going to order but my mom was hungry so we did (my mom) orders a turkey club I order a make your own omelette it take a while we see the other ppl get their food before we do so needless to say we was not happy but when the waitress (Kalie) brings the turkey club out it has no mayo on it when my mom ask why it has no mayo she (Kalie) say we don't have Mayo then she Rambo s off a list of other things to put on the club ..ranch mustard blue cheese thousand Island dressing my mom say why would I want any of that ....the (Kalie) says again would you want like ranch mustard blue cheese thousand Island dressing then walks away ...at this time I haven't received my omelette yet it's been 20 mins at this point ...so my mom and I laughed about the club and no mayo my food comes out and it's a lil passed golden brown but I eat it egg was so over cooked I couldn't cut through it wit my fork smh so I didn't complain so at this point I'm like lets just go my mom ask for the club to be taking off so Kalie the waitress goes to update the ticket we go to the register and Kalie ask cash or card ...I say card at this time my mom says to her maybe should tell ppl that you are out of mayo if it comes on the sandwich the young girl has a slick tong and keeps cutting my mom off with an slick word or two try to do that nice nasty stuff....and she said there was no acting manager on duty found out she was the acting manager herself.., we will never eat their again...IHOP will never see touch or smell our money again if I could give no stars I would ........ Located on rainbow...

Maybe they were short staffed when we visited so you can already see how this one sort of went lol.

We waited 5-7 mins in the hallway/waiting room? there were like 4 diff families waiting to be seated by the time they even acknowledged us. Then, idk what the confusion or loud disagreement with an order was but they were making sure they hashed it out while they had us as a crowd lol. It came from the kitchen to the dining area, loudly disagreeing abt how to ring it up. Definitely a teaching moment where boss would prob want to step out of the kitchen and then give them a demonstration. Or come closer so I (guest) don’t learn how to ring it up too. Lol totally Unnecessary and yes very unprofessional. Some guests were getting uncomfortable (cough cough) y’all know we’re all right here right?

Anyways my husband had the breakfast bowl spicy poblano. It was delicious.!!The baby had a kids eggs hash and bacon. I had French toast with lemon blueberry frosting it was good. Nothing crazy tbh I thought it came w the eggs hash and bacon but I think I messed up by not asking the server. He was nice, funny, he did forget 1 item but he never added it to the total so we were ready to go by then but again at the register there is no attendant so my husband had to wait for the server and pay the server instead. And I’m prob sounding dramatic giving y’all hold times lol it but it took another 5-10 to locate the server ring him up then finally allowing us to depart. I’ve never had to wait there so long. It was busy but it wasn’t full. Not the best experience we’ve had but overall the...

I would give them less than 1/2 a star as the FOOD was horrible. Worse service ever, can't believe how much attention the server Nora and cook where giving to there friends who eating there.. I don't like Cold food, no it did not come out right away after cook made it as they where far too busy chatting with friends.. Nora attempted to argue with me, and trying to over charge me for food I told them was Cold and did not want it anymore.. This restaurant on Cheyenne has gone down to the dogs, where are the other servers Robby and Donna they where always on top of things, never wasted time and the booth used to be clean now they are horrible dirty gross, food between the seating area and table barely clean.. Manager step out leaving no one in charge and the employee's do what they want and Nora could not comfort me after yelling at me so she sent the Dishwasher to tell me Manager had step out for an hour, plus no one ever answer's the phone. Don't eat the strawberries or fruit as I witness Nora with no gloves on touch all the strawberries with her hands, that not following Health District protocol and I will call Health District on them and I-Hope Head Quarters they all need re training. Food being severed COLD is not acceptable at all, there was no one in the dam...
