This review has no reflection on the hotel, but hilton customer service is AWFUL. I called in to cancel a reservation for Louisiana and rebook in Louisiana at another Hilton hotel well the agent booked me at a Hilton property in Las Vegas (REALLY) I found out five minutes later when I received the email confirmation. So proceed to calling back and of course the reservation is canceled (at least that's what I was told). Not so 2 days later there are charges from the Las Vegas hotel for a no show on a reservation. I contacted Hilton customer service they confirm with the hotel I didn't show up and a case is created for a refund and investigation( apparently not) because no one ever reached out to me after 48 hours like I was told so I call again ( I'm upto about 10 calls) by this time. The agent has me on the phone for over an hour and a half this go round and claims there's no case she can't find anything, but she can give me points in the Hilton program in the amount that I was charged for the wrong booking(absolutely not) I'll never stay with Hilton after this. The agent becomes rude when I decline the offer and asked to speak with a manager she claims to be the supervisor, but once again no refund or resolution oh, she's making another imaginary case I guess I'm out my $132.21 for someone else's mistake. This has been the most AWFUL customer service experience ever. Horrible service. Had to call again on 3/7/22 because the the original reservation for Louisiana was canceled, but I have a charge for $321.00 (really) I can't take these people seriously @ Hilton this is absolutely ridiculous. Still no refund and now they know nothing about canceling my original reservation in Louisiana supposedly spoke with Kash ( employee id 698274) who claims to be a supervisor who once again was of no help, who provides training for these folks. On 2 week of trying to get this straight HORRIBLE SERVICE 😫 *Update Xavier(thank you) someone from Hilton customer service told me call expedia and they immediately were able to see the canceled reservation and my $321 has been refunded, still waiting on the Hilton hotel in Las Vegas to provide me with a refund I've been calling since the 2nd it's now the 18th and it's not resolved. *Update it's a month later and I finally received a refund from Hampton Inn Hilton Las Vegas. Thank goodness. Worst experience ever, but it's over and a lesson learned don't allow a Hilton reservation specialist make your reservation it might be in the wrong city and you'll have to wait a month for...
Read moreI understand the rules of many Hilton policies, surrounding F&F discounts, I worked for Hilton. I also understand the level of service that Hilton expects from Front Desk personnel. There are times when a FS Associate should feel empowered to make a decision that is in the best interest of the guest, if it’s not hurting the hotel. I was dealing with airline delays due to bad weather in Denver and just needed my husband to be able to check in until I could get there. I offered to send my itinerary to show I was coming, because he arrived before me, I even offered to pay for all nights up front. Maria and Adriana, would not budge and Maria made me a pay a full night by noon or she was gonna cancel my reservation. I’ve always paid at check in and have never had a Hilton property threaten to cancel my reservation for not paying for a night by noon the day of check in. I felt like she was being spiteful and petty and the fact that there was no manager or person of authority to escalate to, made it worse. I was also advised by Adriana that she reached out to the manager, who was not in, and they supported not allowing my husband to check in is super unfortunate. The only thing offered was for me to make a separate reservation for my husband, even though I paid for a night already, and I could check in tomorrow. Why!!!! I will be there tonight. In all my Hilton experiences I’ve never went to the extent of leaving a review, because I’ve always dealt with reasonable individuals. Stuff happens, weather happens, life happens and the fact these young ladies didn’t see this as an opportunity to go above and beyond, but instead really go out of their way to say No, with a smile and even escalate with the threat of cancellation, left a horrible impression of this particular property, I’ll never...
Read moreThe location is easily accessible from the highway. However, it was a bit confusing to find as it is located in a cul-de-sac behind medical offices. That being said, it was very quiet, which we appreciated. There was plenty of parking available. It was safe and secure, well lit. We had a door near our room that exited to the parking lot. I appreciated that you needed to use your room key to get the building, if you were not coming through the lobby. We arrived after dinner time and didn't really want to venture too far. There is a Whole Foods Market nearby where we picked up something to eat from the buffet/salad bar. There are restaurants, gas stations, and small strip malls nearby. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, modern, and spacious. There was a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave included at no extra cost (unlike much of Fremont Street hotels). We were in a king suite with a hide-a-bed couch. Even with the hide-a-bed out, there was still plenty of room to walk around easily. I was pleasantly surprised to see the toiletry products offered. They are wonderful. I have horrible allergies to a lot of ingredients/chemicals in soaps, shampoos, and lotions. The products used here are clean of the top 5. The free breakfast they offered was good. Coffee and teas, 3 different juices, make it yourself - fresh waffles, 4 different cereals, toast and bagels, fresh fruit. And there were different offerings each day of some sort of eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Check out was quick and easy. I would recommend this location and stay here again if I was going to be...
