This is a terrible company. I placed an order through them and at first they could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Then, once they already had my money, the professionalism flew out the window. They are disorganized and will lie and lie. I placed an order and was given an approximate delivery date for about 2 weeks later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt given recent events and yet 3 weeks later I'm having to run behind and call them to find out where my furniture is. I was eventually given a delivery date of either Monday or Tuesday (they couldn't say which for sure, but one of those days) and told I would not get a delivery time frame until noon on whichever day they decided to deliver. Then at 2pm on Tuesday I am still having to run after them only for them to tell me my delivery window starts in 1.5 hours (3:30pm-6pm). Then of course, 6pm rolls around and I haven't so much as received a call let alone my items - 2 days of waiting for a delivery that never came. It's now Wednesday, and after me contacting the business no less than twice for today I get a manager who lies through his teeth about how they never gave me a delivery time frame until I overhear a staff member say they did give me a time frame, then the guy lies about his lies and goes on about how he will get any negative reviews removed. Read moreThis was the worst purchasing experience I have ever gone through. I bought a couch from them a few months ago and despite me measuring the door frame and stairway leading to my apartment and it being in spec they could not deliver. I called the store to see what my options were and they were adamant they could not do a refund. I was worried I would not find another item I liked and when I mentioned this I was met with condemnation and scolded like a child. The customer service is appalling. They do not care about you after you give them money lol. I initiated a chargeback with my credit card because I was honestly nervous to go back after a few phone calls with my sales agent and other employees being rude. I called my credit card company to check on the status of my chargeback and apparently this business claimed I had received the couch and my claim was fraudulent. Finally after 3 months I was awarded my money back.
Long story short this business is practically a scam. They will fight you tooth and nail if anything goes wrong. The employees and managers are incredibly rude after sale. Despite the high reviews, the negative ones are the most liked. I wish I had paid more attention to that. Read moreI wish i could give this place zero stars. I ordered furniture from them with an expected delivery date of the end of November maybe early December. I called them December 1st and was told the stuff was in the warehouse and would be calling to set up delivery for next week. The entire week goes by and no call. I had to call yet again to be told furniture wouldn't arrive until the end of February. I then decided i wanted my money back due to bad communication and they had lost my trust. They said I can have my money back minus a 25% restocking fee. My total I paid was $1688. 25% would have been over $400. 00 loss for no furniture. They tried selling me something that was nothing like I had originally ordered. I feel this is highway robbery. 25% restocking fee to restock furniture that I never received is a scam. I originally thought no refunds and restocking fee would apply if I just changed my mind and didnt want the furniture or had received it and didn't want it or like it. Not because they couldn't deliver the merchandise. They wanted me to wait 4 months and still no guarantee on that. I made a agreement with them but it still cost me $200.00.
