Fortunoff Backyard Store — Attraction in Lawrence Township

We bought two chairs for our deck along with a glass table/firepit two years ago from the Fortunoff Backyard Store . We really needed two more chairs, but didn't have the money at the time. We took a chance this year that Fortunoff Backyard Store would still have this line of chair.

Rats, not on the showroom. I spoke to the Store Manager, Karen Spade. By sheer coincidence, she was the same sales rep who had helped us two years prior, now the store manager. She said they did not have that line this year, but she would try to contact the vendor and see if that style was still available. We didn't hold a lot of hope, it had been two years.

Karen called Saturday and told me she was able to get the same style chair from this vendor and at a great price, less than we paid when they were on sale two years ago. What a bonus. I commend Karen for her diligence and great work tracking down this product for us. Thanks Karen...

I ❤❤ the place!! Awesome staff, (Dan and Jay) and beautiful, high quality furniture. I had searched the internet and visited multiple stores only to be disappointed by their limited selection and uncomfortable furniture. Dan and Jay are exceptional! Not only were they knowledgeable about their products but they were kind, and patient and went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. I highly recommend Fortunoff!

We bought a nice patio set in December 2020, we we're supposed to get the cushions in the middle of February now they they just said we won't get them until mid May. When we said this was unacceptable, she said you already have the set and being the cushions were free you'll just have to wait. The cushions were NOT free the set came with cushions. Then she decided to hang up on my wife, we called back and she picked up and hung up again. Go spend your money somewhere that will appreciate your patronage.
