On 12/15/23 at around 5:45pm, I had about $150 worth of merchandise to buy, went up to the register and saw that they had cute vinyl stickers at the front on a ROTATING stand. My sister, boyfriend and I were all looking at the stickers. When we rotated it, some stuff that was on the counter next to it fell off. The worker at the front desk went to pick it up and we apologized. She then started to ridicule us for âbreakingâ stuff from utilizing the rotating stand that they had for their customers to use and said if we needed anything she would get it herself for us. I stated to the worker, âisn't the purpose to utilize the rotating stand for customers to look at everything themselvesâ. And she stated back âyou are breaking stuffâ. Horrible customer service. â We put back all of our merchandise and left. Iâm a huge rally house fan and always have been. But this experience rubbed three different customers the wrong way. I have never been treated as if I was a child by workers from this location. âReally disappointing that you lost a sale due to poor customer service and a worker with a poor attitude.

   Read moreI used to be an avid rally house customer; every holiday or birthday I would purchase from this company. Through my time as a customer I have witnessed concerning behavioral actions coming from staff; specifically management. These actions being rude, hateful, and disrespectful treatment towards employees. It should not be an expectation of a high school or college student to be perfect. Multiple times I have witnessed the owner or general manager be extremely rude to their employees for an honest simple mistake and give them zero room to defend themselves or ask questions. It is one thing to reprimand when someone is being lazy or unproductive, but it is another to interrupt and disregard someone's feelings because you are older and had a bad morning or evening. Leave the anger at home. On a few occasions this inability to control tone and attitude has been directed at me when just trying to go about my day and get the items that I need. This is a COMPANY issue, not just this store. I hope that the employees find a healthy workplace that is safe from fear mongering and a lack of compassion.    Read moreVisited this store last week. Staff were the exact opposit of their other store we had visited. Walked in and stopped at the first rack to look at Chiefs sweatshirts. I saw a huge brown spider crawling on a t-shirt. It was almost as big as the palm of my hand. My first instinct was to take it outside. I yelled to the girl at the register what I was doing, she barely looked up and said thank you. It took me a few minutes for my heart to slow back down. No one ever came over to check on me or the situation. We went to the register shortly after to buy my sweatshirt. I explained what had happened to the gal at the register. Her response was "oh".
