Stay away from this store, the “Manager” Marianna and the Counter Intelligence Agent Senior Kyle dont have the minimal idea of what is Customer Service and How to handle a situation when the company where they work is in a bad position and basically do false pretense. I got a PC from the app stating on the ítem description that the pc has NVIDIA graphics, the pc description had everything what i needed and it was under my budget, so i picked it up from this Store and then i got home and install the computer to check that everything is good because I need to ship it as a gift for my brother to another country, i found out that the pc doesnt have NVIDIA graphics, i called the call center and lost 30 minutes of my Life without any solution they only told me to go to the Store and ask for a solution, i got this Store and this two guys, told me that they dont know what the description of the item shows that on the app and that if i want a pc with the caracteristics that the app is showing i have to pay 300 extra dollars!!! So they falsely offer somethinh as a bait and switch scheme and then ask for more money, then they said that they are not going to give me another computer 300$ more expensive to fix this, but i do have to upgrade my budget 300$ more and i have to pay 400$ to ship the new pc to my country because my friend is leaving tomorrow. Best Buy offer something that its not true and they are not going to lost 300 $ to fix THEIR mistake, but I as a customer can lost 700$ to fix the BEST BUY mistake! She got let go for speaking her mind. Fast forward while she was there my daughter purchased a screen protector for me a ZAGG one it has lifetime warranty. I went in there yesterday and to my luck the manager she had a problem with helped me I already could feel the vibe on her end she said since I got that with an employer discount she couldn’t swap out my screen ZAAG has lifetime warranty it’s not thru best best. She wanted me to buy it again at full price which to me is not fair. The item has warranty be it I paid full or sale price or employee discount she did this out of spite because my daughter has a open case against her Marianna Morton. I will never spend $1 there there’s so many other options . She was childish two occasions before they swept it out but since it was her and she knew who I was she did it on purpose. Read moreA very dishonest and careless customer service. If it was a 0 star option I would have definitely used it for this store and BestBuy customer service. I was supposed to pick up an order from this store, since the other store I originally stopped by didn't have it in stock, and my delivery has been rescheduled multiple times. So After Driving half an hour to this store to pick up my order on a promised set up date and time, they told me in the order is not ready for pick up. I asked why and what is going on and the only and most careless answer I got was "I DONT KNOW". I asked then who knows, the manger Robert responded the other store you purchased it from. Then I asked ok then call him and figure it out, and he turned back to walked away rolling eyes like it was a lot for him to do so. and then he disappeared. I asked for him, and when he was return the answer I got was that I can not do anything for you unless if you buy something from here. Like if the store I walked in to was not Bestbuy and this useless guy was not working at Bestbuy to provide any sort of customer service or satisfaction for what Bestbuy messed up, but selling. After an hour of my time being wasted in this store with the unprofessional guy Robert who called himself the Manager in duty, he told me I have to drive back to the other store and figure it out myself as he can't help any further.
