*IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER REVIEW TO MY REVIEW BELOW 3.5 rating and previous reviews don't lie. customer service is poor and it's getting worse. other customers in previous reviews have said the same, they're rude, dismissive, walk right past you, have attitudes and talk about other staff in front of customers. when i first started selling at ditto at the overland park location i noticed how unprofessional some of the young ladies were, I don't feed into it, they're a lot younger than me, I talk to maybe 2 people and when i come in they'll say nice to see you again. one time an employee said my shoes NIKES -never worn were FAKE because they were light weight and that's a sign they're fake and no QR code was on the box I ignored her and asked for my shoes back, she said that in front of a customer several times, the customer shook her head and laughed, I can go on about rude experiences. I talked to another employee she said these are not fake and they probably didn't have QR codes on the box when you bought them and told me how much they could give me. I ignore people who are immature and rude. I'm a quiet person, I don't bother anybody the fact the owner, managers employees decided to say negative things and she post it is a defense mechanism to their callous unprofessional behavior to protect employees and their company, is sickening, they lack character and they don't have respect for thier customers that make them profit, they just want money....... the issue was 2.....17 yr old young ladies at the lenexa location, OP was getting full.i just recently started going my last 3 sales were there and tried to disrespect me, and be unprofessional in front of other customers, it's 2 of them and just me, nothing rude was said, nothing out of the way was said from me. I guess the moment you say something, you're the bad guy, they turn on you, play victim and ban you, I'm not going to tolerate how they treated me, when i left out 1 of the young ladies came towards the front and said "have a good day, I hope you have a good day" I said you too, she knew they were wrong, they're young, have a lot of growing to do. they were operating the store ALONE, no Manager and took that as an opportunity to be disrespectful and unprofessional in front of customers, then play victim to staff and get me banned, I'm not thier age, I don't play games. the owner allows her staff to be this way I guess we as customers are supposed to take thier disrespect in order to stay in good graces with them. If everything the owner said was true, they would not let me come to thier store as long as i did and another location as well, i was just at the lenexa location the day before the two 17 yr olds were rude and it was no issue, the first two times i sold there, there was no issues.the reviews are a reflection of the owner, and staff.
As you see th 3.5 out ⭐ 100 reviews is not good it's average...the ratings in the past Are not good as well, especially when it comes to customer service, it's still the same in 2024 VERY POOR customer service, no business etiquette at ALL til this day...when that happens in business, customer service is poor, it's allowed from the top down; this is an on going issue, take your items elsewhere, that's why they're so comfortable being rude and dismissive. I think they're very deceptive when it comes to pricing, it just doesn't add up, especially when you bring in Nice things that's probably why they don't want you by them when they price items or they don't like to go over pricing. They have young staff that's very rude and need more training, they think they can talk to you any way, in front of customers, that's VERY POOR customer service
*NEVER trust an owner that says they go great lengths for customers, with a 3.5 rating on thier businesses, poor customer service reviews on, both locations, what that owner will do is go to great lengths with their staff to make up lies to get you banned. *

The seller gave me two ticket one she wrote on back 12.00 shoes I didn't look but she said she can give me 5.00 for both items. When I left later on the ticket said she tagged for shoes 12.00 so I only got paid 5.00 did she just changed her mind. 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️ 🤷♀️. She tagged it and wrote on the back of the ticket. So why was I only paid 5.00 when she evaluated it that the shoes was 12.00 at first. She changed her mind or forgot and just gave me lower. I wish I would have checked before leaving. I still have the receipt or ticket she priced it at for 12.00. Two items for 5.00 one new one gently worn 🤔🤔🤔🤔. She suppose to be a manager 🤔🤔🤔🤔These manger be ripping ppl off. And, I thought Platos Closet was bad seems like they match up with Platos Closet 🤷♀️. Double check what they price your item at and what they pay you at the end before leaving. Why give them business when we bring stuff to them so they can have items to sell as their business. Without US our items they buy so cheap and sell for more they will NOT have a store or business. I post what I saw and I wasn't mad but I think the public should know and make sure they are NOT ripped off. I'm confuse my shoe they wanted was priced and marked for 12.00 at the end she said she can give me 5.00 odd. Never going back or selling at Dittos. I came here because I thought they were alot better than Platos' Closet but they just the same. Don't give them ANY business period. Give it to donation Goodwill you'll feel better donating for free than giving them business they don't deserve. Just saying!!! What a rip off. Never again.

Read moreWorst experience I have ever had with customer service at that store. My friend I went in to sell some clothes. They had one or two customers purchasing when we got there - no one selling. There were two girls working and the one greeted me and went to look through my basket to see if they were going to buy anything. She got halfway through the basket and had to go up front to check out one of their customers, because the other employee had left. The cashier helping me stayed up front even after her customer left. The other girl got back with some food for them and they both starting eating behind the counter. They continued to eat and talk while my friend and I walked around the store, waiting for one of them to finish looking through my basket. They never did. They both looked at me on two separate occasions while my friend and I were waiting. We still didn't say anything, assuming they were going to get back to my clothes soon. Another half hour later they hadn't moved from the front counter, hadn't said anything to us, and didn't have one customer. I put my clothes back in my basket and left the store and they both gave me a dirty look as my friend and I left.
