Panda Express — Restaurant in Lenexa

I walked in at 2:23pm, I walked out at 2:25pm with my food in its styrofoam mobile home, hanging in the bag which I had firmly grasped in my hands. That's two minutes people! When I walked in, I immediately locked eye with Rizza, everything after that was so quick it was a blur. It was like Rizza and I could read each other's minds--anticipate each other's movements--it was like an elegant dance of our brain waves. "I'd like a plate to go, please." "Chow Mein or Fried Rice?" "Half in half" BOOM! Side mission complete! "For your entree?" "I'll go with Sweetfire chicken breast, aaand Beijing beef." WHAM! POW! Entrees engaged! Now we've boot scootin' boogied our way to the cash register. "Would you like anything to drink?" "Just a water cup will do." Ring-a-ling ding, my order has been rung up on the register and its $7.98. "Would you like to donate $.02 and bring your total to $8.00?" You read my mind, Rizza! "Absolutely!" And just like that, I was walking out with my future food baby, and a smile on my face.

Me and my girlfriend came in a bit before closing and (i understand that it can be frustrating sometimes when someone comes in late) we just wanted to get a bigger plate to share. The guy that helped us started with “what do you want?” In a sassy attitude, I then said a bigger plate and I pointed to get the chow mein, the he said “You sure you want that?!” Then since he was staring at me crazy then I just decided to get the fried rice instead, I then asked for triple orange chicken he goes on to just stuff my plate with chicken and not give us a red box with the side of chicken and my girlfriend then asked “doesn’t the bigger plate come with the red box for the side” then he said “the rice is the side” either it was a misunderstanding or something so we repeated and made it super clear that we just wanted chicken in the red box super simple right? I guess not worst service I have had over something small the guy was hella rude for no reason never...

Had to leave without my food after I had already paid. Store was very crowded. Inexplicably, I was told my order had to wait on the counter after I had already paid even though there had been plenty of all of the items in my order as I went through the line. Stood around a number of minutes waiting, after awhile started to become uncomfortable with the crowded store with many unmasked customers. Decided to leave without my food.
