I love to shop at HEB! HEB Market Place 5601 Bandera Road San Antonio TX 78238 Time and Date: Monday May 12, 2025 Time of Incident: 7:20 On this morning I experienced a property parking lot possible assault attack. At 7:22 I was driving into the H-E-B parking lot coming on the southbound parking lot Lane approaching the pharmacy building entrance crosswalk where a crosswalk sign stood in the middle from vehicles going Southbound and coming Northbound. As I continued Southbound approaching the crosswalk sign, a Black SUV and a small Green work truck coming Northbound was stopped blocking vehicles coming through the Northbound, the small Green work truck almost hits my vehicle when it decides to attempt to cross over to the Northbound Lane. The individual inside the small green work truck decides to stick his head out the window and scream some kind of profanity to me and I explained to the individual that he almost hit my vehicle while crossing over to the northbound lane and then I continued to drive into a parking spot further down and found a parking spot about three isles over from the crosswalk. After parking my vehicle in the parking spot I was about to get off my vehicle to go into the HEB Store and notice to hear screeching tire noise in the parking lot vicinity and as I get off my vehicle to close my door the green work truck approaches behind my vehicle and stops and the individual in the green work truck gets out approaching me aggressively screaming profanity and attempting to attack me. At 7:28 a Allied Universal Security on duty approaches with his Segway to me aggressively and starts yelling at me as to why am I getting off my vehicle and I explained to him that I was going into the HEB Store to do some shopping and this individual driving his green work truck had approached me aggressively to possibly attack me and at this point the allied Universal Security on duty never tries to come the situation down or ask the individual with the green work truck as to why he parked his vehicle behind me and the parking spot and approaches me aggressively? At this point two HEB managers come out of the store to find out what is going on in the parking lot and I explained to him that his contractor security guard approached me aggressively without asking me or to investigate as to why this individual in the green work truck was aggressively approaching me and possibly to attack me and assault me. The HEB manager explain to me that I can file a incident report with the store director and their corporate office about this incident. At 7:34am I proceeded to enter the HEB Store to do my grocery shopping and exited the store at 7:45 a.m. and notice that the security officer approaching me aggressively as I am getting to my vehicle to leave the property and informed me if I want to file a complaint against him with his supervisor or talk to his supervisor on his phone. I informed the security officer that I will file my police report and follow the complaint with his company on my own terms and my own time after speaking with my lawyer and then my lawyer will get in touch with their company in reference to this situation and asked the security officer for his full name and refused to provide the information requested from me. At 7:48am proceeded to drive off the HEB property the Allied Universal Security on duty approaches with his Segway to me aggressively to follow me off the property. I will submit a incident criminal report with SAPD tomorrow from the advice of my Attorney and also will file a incident report with your HEB Corporate office. I would like to thank your morning Supervisor for taking the time of coming out of the store and saving me from the intense situation and being understanding. Read moreLet me say I absolutely love HEB! My family has been eating Flaming Bird since 2013! We usually buy from the location on Marbach Rd but last week we decided to stop by this one. The food was horrible! The food station was dirty and The young Lady that serviced me had no customer services skills. A fly actually landed in the serrano mashed potatoes. When it was my turn to give my order and she asked me what sides I wanted and suggested mashed potatoes I replied no a fly actually just landed in the potatoes and walked around and flew out. She says thanks for telling me that's disgusting it's because I didn't put the lid on top. Then she put the lid on top she never changed them out. She threw my chicken in a box she did not cut it (I always get my chicken cut at the marbach location without asking). she grab onions and jalapeno peppers with her hands they were glove but she still grabbing them with her hands and just threw them in a box on top of my chicken an put cold tortillas on top of the chicken and peppers. As you can imagine when I got home all of the tortillas were soggy and the food just look unappealing we tasted the food it did not taste as good as it usually does at the location on marbach and 410. I don't recommend that you get your chicken there continue to go to the location that you go to. I watched the young Lady drip onion, jalapeno pepper and chicken juice all over the floor and walk in it that's a safety hazard she could have slipped and fell and hurt herself or the next person behind her could have hurt themselves. I can understand that she was by herself and probably overwhelmed but come on I work customer service before there were only five people in the line and she could have took her time and showed all of us that she valued us as customers but I didn't feel valued and I didn't enjoy the food and I hate leaving this review because HEB is my favorite grocery store I do not buy my groceries anywhere else and I don't want this to reflect on the HEB brand because the only thing I have a problem with is the Flaming bird restaurant at this location in a horrible customer service and an...
Read moreCurbside at this store is the WORSE. I make a huge grocery order once a week and it never fails I am charged for every item in my order but do not receive every item in my order. I've called and left complaints with Curbside. I've even walked inside to find the Curbside manager to put in my feedback in person. 7 orders later still not receiving everything I paid for and all they can do is "well you can come pick up your missing items" ....or "we can refund you the amount back to your card". No how about the job gets done right the first time the whole reason of Curbside is to do your grocery shopping in the convince of your time being saved and choosing a scheduled time for your grocery order. Not make multiple trips to the grocery store because the Curbside employee can't do their job right. Why offer Curbside if the customer has to worry about actually receiving their whole order. Usually I get off and check if I have my whole order is there once it's put in my trunk before I leave parking lot which is sad that I have to do but this evening it was raining and of course come home to missing items. Spoke with night Manger to get Corporate number and of course they don't give you Corporate number they give you another number to Curbside. If you don't want to be called out for your dissatisfactory customer service then fix the problem. Whole point of "My HEB" is its your neighborhood HEB to be called "My HEB" but when you have to consider driving a farther distance to hopefully find an HEB that can provide your ENTIRE Curbside order you are CHARGED for it is no longer "My HEB" its now just an inconvenience.
