Don’t come to this Chic-fil-A. I had confidence that the order was correct. The drive-thru girl was nice and put in the correct order, the order was given in a timely manner BUT the workers who put the food in the bag left out two chicken sandwiches that were part of two meals. How do you do that?
Busy parents can’t afford to cut their time from their kids to go back and spend 30-45 minutes through 5 o’clock traffic and be inconvenienced for Chic-fil-A’s mistake.
The manager on the phone must have bipolar disorder because she kept cutting me off when I was explaining what was missing. This was after the long tirade of them asking and reconfirming again if I used the Chic-fil-A app which means their listening skills are sub-par. Then said she could send me a credit through the Chic-fil-A app IF I scanned there before, but since we haven’t scanned there before, she could not issue a credit to the app. Laughable, as I’ve already stated we haven’t ordered from that location before.
She also could not issue a full refund back to my card after explaining to her the inconvenience of driving back. She said I could physically go there with my card to get a refund on the two sandwiches. You failed to provide me exactly what was ordered.
Hangry teenagers aren’t a great thing. They got the macaroni, apples, and drinks correct, but left out the chicken sandwiches? Come ON.
Gas + Miles + Traffic + Time. I’m wasting money on a mistake today. Nothing was gained and bellies weren’t full. Never ordering from this ghetto, low-level location again. Let’s see if they know how to do a...
Read moreI ordered extra pickles on 4 of my six burgers. Two of the four had NO PICKLE AT ALL. I sent my son in there from the drive thru. As the front employee was about to accommodate my simple request the very UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGER intervened and demanded he bring in all the burgers back!! As he told me I said forget it. To wait again?!?!! O NO NO THANK YOU. And as my son told his girlfriend let's just go the impossible immature UNPROFESSIONAL "Manager" began to laugh mockingly!! I paid well over $50 and expect to get everything we requested as stated on the receipt. Just as the restaurant expects to get paid what they request from me. I just cannot believe the behavior this employee in a higher position than the rest demonstrated. She should act accordingly as she is suppose to be a role model for the rest!! If she acts like that I can just imagine how the rest of the employees behavior will be thinking it is ok. If this issue is not immediately addressed. This place hasn't been open for long and I was planning to make it my go to being its location is actually closer to me than any other, but they've already managed to put one guest off and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND to anyone that ask. UNFORTUNATE very...
Read moreMy experience at this Chick-fil-A location on Evers Road was by far the best location I’ve visited. Met a wonderful employee Felipe G. who was one of the directors for this restaurant. He greeted my family and I who are from California. He not only provided exemplary customer service that this establishment would be proud of but also great information of the city of San Antonio. We ended up chatting with him and he never hurried us or made us feel at home with much Texas hospitality. The restaurant was well maintained (thank you front of the house staff) and the food was good as always (thank you back of the house staff) but to have someone like Felipe to make us feel welcome and important matters! I and my family will not forget my interaction and experience we had today at this...
