Subway — Restaurant in Leon Valley

I had Diana help me today and man... She is going to be the sole reason I would NEVER return back to that subway!! If I was her manager I would fire her!! SHE STRAIGHT UP HATES HER JOB!!! SO HOPEFULLY THIS HELPS HER GET FIRED BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DOES NOT WANT TO WORK!!! The entire time she kept sighing under her breath when I would tell her my order. She had a pissed off look and while making my order she acted like I was bothering her!! How can I be bothering her if she is working as a customer service personal! Seriously the true version of a Karen as the worker/employee... If she is a manager I would HATE WORKING FOR HER!!! Definitely next time I go and she is working I will wait till there is another employee to help me!! Or I will just walk out! This place is AWFUL IT HAS ROTTEN FOOD. After a long day at work i decide to stop in for what i thaught was fresh food but NO...i stood in a long line for well over 25 minutes just to get to order and from the start it was terrible customer service they work started ny getting me a sheet of paper that appeared to be dirty with dressing from the customer before me, only down hill from there. They put the meat on the bread when i asked for spinach they said they were out, same for tomatoes and cucumbers. I noticed that the lettuce was brown and the employee justs says yeah thats all we have. So did you want it..i was so grossed out and disgusted. I ended up just walking out before i VOMITED in the place. It just sucks that after a hard day of work, you go to a presumed fresh food place only to get a rude condescending employee. Last night my sandwich was made incorrectly a veggie delight lol so i called the employee “Noah” hung up in my face .. so I called back and explained it to him he said he couldn’t give me a refund … I’d have to come back in the morning and speak with the manager I still decided to go back up there that night he refused to remake my sandwich because I took a bite …. Lol sir that’s how I knew it was made wrong and they throw them away anyways so why does it matter if I took a bite or not ??!!
