I don't recommend this place for repairing your PC problems. There is a high fee called "diagnostic fee" to begin with. I paid 40 dollars for that. They told me they are going to let me know what the problem was with my PC the day after. They didn't even bother. I had to call them two days later and they told me they didn't detect any problems. So I went there to pick it up. The moment I was picking it up, I showed them what the problem with the PC was, then I had to wait again for three days. At the end they told me that my PC has a GPU problem, and that the computer does not have a GPU at all. The problem with the PC is that it would work pretty normal, and out of nowhere, it would stop working for a few weeks. After plenty of rest, it would start working normally again for months ( you can see in the picture that it is working normally but I tried to turn it on and I tried for two months before that and it would not turn on. It has given me this problem for the last one year). At the end of the day, my money was gone, but neither it was repaired nor was the real problem diagnosed. Waste of time (had to go there three times) and...
Read moreOkay want to give a 4.5* right now. So took in my Game Gear recently. Was told it couldn't be fixed, had horizontal lines and did a recap of the system. Only cost me shy of $27, which is good for a recap and they redid my screen connections trying to help me get some playtime before dropping the $97-ish to get the new LCD screen. Well I started it up just to hear the sound. First game didn't have sound so I panicked and tried another. To my horror no sound either in pure desperation I tried every 80s and 90s kid's favorite technique of desperation...I blew in the cartridge and system praying my sound wasn't dead like my screen...not only did I get my sound back but MY SCREEN WORKS...kind of. So I'm missing the top 10% of my screen but the screen has picture now. However for some reason my button 2 isn't working so gonna ask if they can look at that maybe something shifted, I don't know. However till I get to ask them tomorrow I will be listening to my game soundtrack and remember my childhood. While also digging through all my boxes to get my NES and SNES to get them fixed too. All in all great repair work.

Read moreVery happy with Lexington Computer Clinic! We had a PS5 that was randomly shutting down during play anywhere from 15-45 minutes into play. We first took it to a different local repair shop (not Lexington Computer Clinic), who twice told us that they could find nothing wrong with the console. We brought it home and the first time we tried, the problem was still there, and it continued to randomly shut down.
Thankfully we decided to take it to bring it into the Lexington Computer Clinic. They quickly discovered it was an issue with the console power supply. They made this fix, and the unit is now working just fine. When we picked it up, they explained that they always first try to repair the parts before just ordering a new part for replacement, and that they always use OEM replacement parts.
They staff was very knowledgeable, quick and explained they whole repair process and needs thoroughly. I would recommend for gaming unit repair (and probably any repair) and will certainly look here first in the future should we have a...
