I am a wine club member and I have to say this was the very worst experience I’ve had at this location. First of all when I received my flatbread, Caprese, it had pet hair in it. I sat around the bar, and the bartender was just ok as far as service. I never got bread at all, and my flat was supposedly re made, once sent back! But I feel they just added some pieces that I had already eaten onto it. The fact that I had to wait on my food to be remade, and I was never offered a beverage or anything as I was waiting for an extended amount of time, was absolutely ridiculous. I sat patiently while I never received anything to eat and my food took forever. Finally one of the nicer bartenders ask me if I’d like a glass of wine, as my re made flat bread still had pet hair of some sort in it once it came.. Now at this point they send a manager over, but not the first time?….Wow! So when the manager comes over, he apologizes for what I just went through and also tells me that what appeared to look like pet hair was actually bristles from a brush😧! The manager actually took my food off and gave me a complimentary bottle of wine, which I thought was nice. but the fact still remains that the service was absolutely horrible, and the bartender that originally was serving me Was not very accommodating at all! Read moreSat down at 6:15 for a birthday reservation. Apps are amazing, wine and drinks were mediocre, but service was horrendous tonight. Got there, and while we were off to a slow start everything seemed reasonable. The waitress was super helpful and nice.
Kids meals came around 6:40 or so. Kids had finished eating by 6:50 or so and our food was nowhere to be found for the next 30 minutes. By 7:30, we still hadn't got our food, and our 2nd round of drinks either took 20 minutes or were not made the same as 30 minutes previously.
When the food came, half the orders were cold or just horrible. I can speak to the filet mignon as one of the worst, driest (while still swimming in butter and soggy fried onions) piles of beef iv taken a bite of. They don't deserve to sell steaks here... Save yourself. Bettys potatoes were cold, and fries were room temp. I had 3 bites and left the rest.
Another of our meals was cold and one was wrong.
We had to tell the managers to address the issue, as if waiting almost 2 hrs for food wasn't enough. To their credit (and why I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1), they did comp the meals that were bad and we of course didn't eat. The excuse I got was they were understaffed. But that doesn't matter as a customer, because it means you knowingly are sitting tables you can't handle. That puts your serving staff in a horrible position and makes people paying hundreds for a meal feel like they'd rather be sitting down at McDonald's to get an actual hot meal.

Read moreNine of us were celebrating double birthdays and turned up a little ahead of our booking, 6:45 on Sunday Jan 19th, and were seated about 10 minutes late. All went OK until we ordered our mains. Turns out that four out of the nine dishes we ordered had run out. Strangely, the waiter told us about each of the orders that were not available at four separate times over 20 minutes after we had ordered. When my jambalaya came, the spoon that was stuck in it was hot, the source had a skin on it and the rice on top was dried up. It had obviously spent a lot of time being kept warm. The waiter kept apologizing and said the manager had comped us two of the mains. He could see that we were not impressed and offered to get the manager. When he eventually came to the table, I bit my tongue and listened while one of my friends very politely reviewed what had happened and suggested he comp all the mains, but nothing else. The manager steadfastly refused to do anything more, so my friend asked for his manager’s contact info. At this point, I told him I thought he was a terrible manager (actual words). Now this is why I went to the trouble of writing this review. The manager returned with his general manager’s business card. He then accused my friend of being disrespectful and rude before storming off never to be seen again. Now some might say that my comment was disrespectful, but I knew my friend had been very careful to be calm and polite.
