Pen + Nash is the absolute best and my favorite place to buy children’s clothes and accessories! The store stocks all of my favorite brands and is always up to date with the latest styles. Best of all, Janelle and her staff are amazing! They are knowledgeable, friendly and very patient if I bring in one of my wild ones! They make the effort to get to know their customers and families. My favorite kids clothing store for girls AND BOYS! I drive an hour to shop here and it’s always worth it. They carry all my favorite brands I could only find online before and have introduced me to several other brands that have quickly become favorites too. Every clothing item I’ve bought from here are such amazing quality I know they’ll survive my son’s rough play and still let me hand them down in the further haha! Unfortunately this store does not have an exchange policy that is very friendly for children. The owner would not approve an exchange for a different size on a product that was still brand new, and the product was still being sold on the store with the size needed in stock. I keep being told about the return policy, which is not what I am asking for. It’s a shame as this store does have cute brands but buying directly from the brand sites will be my new go to to ensure that the product can be exchanged for the correct size and within the average 45-90 day window that exchanges...
