CWTheaters Lincoln Mall 16 — Attraction in Lincoln

Cinema World in Lincoln is always very well maintained but sometimes very busy at the snack bar. When you have a movie that is very popular on a Friday night or Saturday anytime one would think they would have all the popcorn machines going to make sure that you can feed everyone who's standing in line but unfortunately they do not. We do go to the cinema often but when we do go we always make sure that we arrive at least a half hour before movie time only because it takes so long to go through the snack line. The other issue I have with the snack line is they have the snack bar on the opposite side where the theaters are and that side is never ever open even if they had an available for refills so that you can get what you need and go right back to the movie would be extremely helpful. There have been more than a few occasions where I just simply did not purchase from the snack bar. I do know that movie theaters such a cinema world make their money from the snack and concessions but when you have only two lines running and you're about 25 or 30 people deep you just don't want to stand in line it's not worth it. As far as prices are concerned just like any other movie theater they are relatively High I personally do not mind paying them because the snacks are good and it's part of the experience. So when I am discouraged from not getting snacks it cheapens My overall Movie experience. We are here at least 3 to 4...

I got to cinema world just after 8pm for the showing of Spider-Man after asking the policy seeing as I was driving directly from work from Connecticut to this specific theater for this specific showtime. I was told this would NOT be an issue even if the movie had just started. I arrived after the showing had begun running into the theater to have a heavy set employee in a blue shirt close the door in my face. I called out to him asking if there were tickets available for the Spider-Man film- one of the most anticipated movies of the year mind you, and this employee told Me they close at 8:26”5 which was the EXACT time I was trying to get in. I told him I spoke To Someone who said I’d be fine at that time and he said in response”well our box office is closed now… so… goodnight” and shut and locked the door while I stood there. I asked his name and did not get it. I will NEVER return to this theater and would not recommend anyone do so unless they arrive exactly on time and have something in writing.
